「We had problems the moment we walked in the door and it was 58 degrees inside the home. They were utilizing two splitters in opposite ends of the home for heat and air conditioning. They also expected you to use electric heaters for the remainder of the house. These units are a fire hazard and also would have blown the electric according to their handyman. They had an archaic heater that was marked not in use but two days later when the handyman arrived, he relit it. He also had to repair the...

「Our stay was great! We spent a lot of time on the deck. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Communication with host was great. We spent the first day in Monterey Bay whale watching, then checked into the house and went to Roaring Camp the next day, and spent a day in Santa Cruz. great trip.」

「What Went Well... Cozy clean. Near enough to walk to convention center. Amenities - coffee pods, filtered water, paper products, Echo/Alexa, app TV - nice touches to make stay comfortable.Even Better If... One patio chair was broken so could not sit outside. Kitchen chairs were loose so wobbly. Couple big boxes delivered took up patio so again not conducive to sit outside on porch.」
