Splendido resort anche x famiglie con bambini

In realtà una volta arrivati alla sede centrale La Castellana dominante in cima alla collina, ci hanno indicato di scendere alla base sul mare “La Castellana mare” in Contrada Palazza che, trovato come raggiungerla siamo stati accolti e sistemati in una splendido alloggio con area verde disponibile sia all’ingresso che dietro all’alloggio. Ok parking, spiaggia e piscina.

Mooi hotel, grote verzorgde kamer, mooi uitzicht. Groot hotel met veel gasten waardoor iets meer lawaai. Ontbijt was niet zo uitgebreid. Keukenpersoneel kon iets vriendelijker zijn.

Perdonale giovane e cortese discreta la pulizia buona la proposta dei servizi, ampio parcheggio e navetta per la spiaggia, camere , almeno la nostra, Spartane e arredi un po datati, in effetti la struttura avrebbe bisogno di un restailing! Bella la location panoramica della colazione,per la quale consigliere in po più di cura nella presentazione, non habbiamo provato il ristorante quindi non mi esprimo in merito

Si può fare. Chiaramente siamo ad anni luce dalle zone di mare TOP (puglia, sardegna, sicilia e alcuni punti più a sud della calabria). Spiaggia scura o ciottoli, schiuma in acqua, magari in barca bagno più piacevole. La camera di expedia non la prendete ha la finestra sulle scale na muno schifo totale. Meglio contattare la struttura.

Dal film di Nanni Loi : un vero PACCO. La mia prenotazione: Camera Standard con letto matrimoniale, vista giardino. Ci assegnano una camera ben pulita ma molto spartana, con finestra bagno e finestra camera, non certo affaccio giardino bensì sul pianerottolo della scala di servizio confinante con la vetrata del corridoio del piano. Protesto in direzione facendo presente che la mia prenotazione riporta tutt’altro. Mi rispondono che è l’unica camera disponibile e quelle sono le camere che compra expedia, pertanto è un loro errore aver dichiarato: camera con vista giardino. Il risultato è stato che abbiamo dovuto tenere le tapparelle abbassate per non dare spettacolo agli altri ospiti che transitavano nel corridoio, trovandosi direttamente la mia camera e il mio bagno in bella mostra. Servizi comuni hotel e residence: un ristorante / pizzeria e un bar, che aprono solo dalle ore 16 in poi. Piscina che chiude alle 12,45 per riaprire alle 15,00 . pertanto, impossibile prendere un caffè o decidere di pranzare al ristorante. Necessario dotarsi di una bottiglia d’acqua al vicino minimarket per non rischiare la disidratazione. Spiaggia: in una settimana abbiamo potuto bagnarci solo 3 volte scoprendo che, dai due lati esterni alle scogliere che delimitano a pochi metri il tratto di spiaggia, più o meno negli stessi orari, il tratto di mare veniva puntualmente invaso da scarichi fognari dalla striscia torbida e schiumosa trascinata dalla corrente, questo schifo,ogni giorno.

Pulizia camere buona, camere piccole e old style, colazione essenziale. Discreta la cena. Ritengo eccessivo il costo della camera in formula B&B. Non corrispinde ad un 4 stelle in tutta sincerita’. Una delle poche note positive e’ il panorama e la posizione invidiabile.

Accoglienza da vergogna! Ho chiamato 7 gg prima e il giorno stesso per chiedere letti singoli. Mi confermano e informano però che l'albergo è chiuso: verremo riprotetti nella struttura sul mare. Arrivati alla reception chiedo conferma dei letti singoli. Mi dicono che una è doppia, l'altra è matrimoniale. chiedo di modificare la seconda camera (ho chiamato due volte) mi dicono che a loro la prenotazione da Hotel la Castellana è arrivata così, non possono farci niente. Il receptionist prova a fare qualcosa ma la collega dice che non possono fare nulla. Insisto e la receptionist dice che non ci sono le governanti e lei non può modificare la camera dicendo al collega "io sono al settimo mese di gravidanza, lo volete capire o no?". Faccio le congratulazioni ma purtroppo io avevo chiesto una cosa diversa. Mi risponde: "oggi neanche dovevo essere qui. Sono passata per caso" Il collega molto gentile ci accompagna scusandosi e ci lascia poco distante dalle camere. Arriviamo alla porta, ci accorgiamo di non avere una delle due chiavi. Torno alla reception e sento la collega dire: cosa pretendono per 50 euro a notte? sono 4 uomini.....e che ne so io se stanotte si inculano. mi vede e sbianca. Prendo la chiave dal collega facendo i complimenti per l'eleganza. Mi dice: noooo. non parlavo di lei, stavo parlando di un'altra cosa. Dopo un'ora chiedo lenzuola per dividere i letti ma magicamente si materializza un terzo letto. Il collega prova di nuovo a scusarsi: non ce l'aveva con lei. Mah!
