Some confusion around the validity of the "kosher" status. Staff was very friendly, but food could have been a bit fresher/more fully cooked.

The hotel was clean, had nice sized rooms and was reasonably priced. In an area where places closed early, the hotel bar and food were very welcome. Would definitely stay there again when I visit Belmonte

I would not recommend this hotel.
We are frequent travellers and understand qualities a 4 star hotel offers. We were so disappointed that we would rate this as 1 star. No hat water. Staff did not resolve the situation during our stay. Most uncomfortable bed (springs poking through mattress). Sewer smell in bathroom, we reported this but staff were not concerned, No management to communicate with, Extremely unpleasant stay.

A estadia foi agradável. Muito embora para um hotel 4 estrelas, houvesse alguns aspectos a melhorar. Melhorar a oferta ao pequeno almoco.

Funcionários da recepção atenciosos, assim como do restaurante. Preocupação do chef Alexandre em satisfazer os caprichos alimentares dos hóspedes. Por falta da hábito achei o colchão de casal, duro. Quarto espaçoso e confortável.

Muito Bom. O pequeno almoço não é famoso.
O Sinai Hotel fica situado no centro de Belmonte, bem perto dos lindos museus que possuiu, da sinagoga, do castelo e da igreja. Fomos muito recebidos por uma simpática recepcionista que nos forneceu preciosas informações acerca do que poderíamos visitar. Chamou o chef do restaurante que nos aconselhou o menu para o jantar: "Costeleta de sardinha" e "Bacalhau com queijo da Serra" - tudo delicioso.

The room (suite) was spacious but not set up very well (couch but no coffee table, not great lighting). Expecting a view from the window of the room (like in the picture) but we were looking out over the city. Quiet place.

Hotel de qualidade média e limpo. Pequeno almoço bom em termos de pastelaria e pão e muito fraco em frios e enchidos. Achei surreal pedirem-me dinheiro a mais para ficar num quarto da mesma categoria mas com cama de casal em vez de duas camas individuais.

Hôtel propre, personnel accueillant. Check in possible à partir de 16h00, erreur de ma part je me suis présentée à 15h, la chambre étant prête, nous avons pu en profiter de suite. Mesures sanitaires bien respectées face à la situation exceptionnelle du COVID. Seul défaut : forte odeur d’égouts dans la salle de bain !

Hotel bem localizado, próximo aos principais pontos turísticos de Belmonte. Silencioso, limpo, recepção prestativa e com excelente café da manhã.

Comfort and convenience plus a great restaurant.
The hotel is very welcoming and modern while fitting in well with the historic village of Belmonte. Rooms are large and immaculate. We enjoyed a great dinner there and were impressed with the excellent service. I would definitely return.

Clean hotel with kind staff and kosher food.
The staff at the Belmonte Sinai were extremely kind and friendly to us. We showed up after a long trip not having eaten all day and they made us some soup even though the dining room was closed. The room was large with a beautiful view. We had a very positive experience.
