"The best thing about this hotel is its location. It's perfect for downtown and for coming and going and sightseeing. The bedroom was also very big so good for big cases. Malin Goetz toiletries provided which was nice! Housekeeping wasn't great, first day they tried to come in at 6.15pm when we getting ready to go out and the second day we were missing towels and water. Really small towels...we would be used to getting bath sheets in Europe so they seem very small in comparison. They have valet...

Having to send pictures of my driver's license was invasive and makes me feel open to identity theft. In addition, the apartment did not have any closets or hangers. So, every morning each of us had to take a turn on the ironing board before our convention. Not ideal. Overall, I liked my stay. I'd consider staying...

But not bothersome. Kitchen with cooktop , microwave, frig/frezeer and dishwasher. Ok breakfast included. Lots of choices. Only complaint…the Icemaker is LOUD when the ice crashes …. Turn off by raising the metal bar up. Do that before bed! Parking in underground garage or by valet…not free"
