It's Close to Everything

Downstairs apartment in large home. Guests have access to private yard, grill and spacious hot tub. Kitchen includes refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Very close to all Lake Como/Belmar attractions. Washer and Dryer included also. Beach is a 12 minute walk. Beach chairs and umbrella availabe if needed. Unit is eight blocks from train station, next to a convenience.store and walking/biking distance to every bar and restaurant in Belmar.

Great getaway
This was a good, low budget property for our short-notice trip to the shore. The property owners were on premise and extremely attentive and helpful to all of our needs and questions, not to mention fun to have a beer with! Will definitely be back.

Misleading posting
Not sure how this property has such a high rating. This is a basement apartment in a multifamily house. You can hear the people walking and talking above you (which made us feel like they could hear us too 😬). The “private” deck and hot tub are shared with the others in the house. Very disappointed, I would not have stayed there if I had known.

The place was infested with fruit flies. We could not turn on any lights in the living room. I messaged Patricia right after we got there and she never replied. The internet did not work right. There were hardly any outlets. We were very disappointed with it. Not a good host

Great stay for a weekend getaway
This place was great and perfect for a beach weekend. It was a short walk to the beach and bars. Had everything we needed kitchen, a washer dryer, an outdoor shower, and even a hot tub. The hosts were awesome as well and very communicative

Close to everything!
The pictures didn’t do this place justice! There is tons of space! Great place for a stay down the shore and close to everything! The only thing I wish they had was a TV in one of the common areas and maybe beds in the sitting room instead of more couches. I would definitely stay again!

Nice Getaway!
Basement apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed. Close to beach, restaurants. We rode our bikes everywhere. Hosts were very gracious.
