"When I was looking for a place to stay in Coffs Harbour I wanted a kitchen, king size bed, washing machine,and parking on site. This place advertised all four of these things along with a barbecue. After I paid I received an email stating I could not park on site nor could I use the barbecue. After we arrived late in the evening, I realized there was no kitchen and no washing machine. I called Coff accommodations who were taking care of this apartment and complained. They said they were sorry...

"Car park on site, however limited spots and when people can’t park properly they reduce the spots further. Not a great surface either to try and wheel suitcases. Nice beds and balcony. Pools look great, however we were only there for a short sleep stop. Shower and toilet areas could probably do with a bit of a Reno but useable."
