「Best feature of the property is a very nice view from the balcony. However, 3 levels including a loft (surprise), also 1 and1/2 baths, (not 2). Patio furniture and many other items should be updated. Window in loft will not close, (nights are getting cold). A really good deep cleaning is overdue and would be a nice touch for the arriving guests. We were also asked to take out the trash and begin the laundry before departure. What was the cleaning fee for??」

「This was a great place to stay, clean, comfortable, convenient. The attention to detail, like the instructional notes for the thermostat or the shower function made the stay hassle free. The 45-min drive to the Grand Canyon made it a great option. 」

「Everything was perfect. Communication was perfect, it was a beautiful place. My feedback, get rid of mattresses up in loft, its brutal, you nearly sink all the way down to boards. I slept on couch downstairs. The other feedback is put lights on condo #, at night its pitch black and unless headlights were on it, its not visible. Get light up numbers, or spot light on them. Thank you for letting us stay there.」

「Upon arrival we found some things that needed attention. We contacted the owner and they sent someone out within a couple of hours to repairs. Central to the Grand Canyon, Painted Desert, Bearizona Wildlife Reserve and Zoo, and Winslow.」

「Great location and nestled back off the main road (San Fran). Unit was spotless and had all we needed for weekend in Flag. Short walking distance to Breweries, restaurants, and shops. 」

「Stair case was very small. After sitting on the ych my wife had some kind of reaction, she had to take benadryl. The pictures made the location look bigger than it was.」
