「Great staff.」

「We loved the ocean view. So prestien. The beds were very comfortable. I didn't feel the room was very clean. The refrigerator only had 3 legs so it would tilt and the door wouldn't stay closed. The 6-1/2 flights of stairs with large bags in the heat with no help and no elevator was grueling.」

「Breakfast buffet served fresh fruit, cheese, juice, etc and some made to order food (pancakes, waffles & omelets) for free. Anything a la carte is additional charge. Room overlooked the Caribbean ocean and piton (mountain)」

「私の宿泊した部屋には、電話もエアコンもテレビもありませんでした。 電話をかけたい時は、レセプションの電話を使わせてもらいました。 不便と思われる方もいらっしゃるかもしれませんが、そうしているとホテルスタッフと打ち解けていき、滞在中は様々な要望に応えていただく事になりました。 部屋には窓ガラスがなく、壁の多くの部分が格子になっています。風通しが良く大変快適に滞在できました。 また、網戸は設置されていないので格子から虫や小鳥が出入りし放題です。驚くこともありますが、結構楽しませてもらいました。 風光明媚なロケーションで、日本のホテルでは味わう機会がない良質な滞在ができたことに満足しています。」

「This apartment was so cute and so modern. It had everything we needed. The apartment was very convenient to walk to eat or shop or even to the beach. May want to bring a rechargable handheld fan. If the heat doesn't get you the humidity absolutely will. We would stay here again.」

The directions from town was very misleading it was miles from town the lady host was not helpful at all .she had the cheek to ask me for 160 dollars government' tax which i refused. We stayed one night out of 5 did not get any refund at all loss $12.000 the lady had a very bad...

「I wish I could give this resort a 5 star rating but my fiancé and I were not very fond of this resort. To begin, I will say that our room was fine and clean when we arrived which is why I gave it a two star rating. The staff though..the concierge were nice but the waiters during lunch and dinner were rolling their eyes, exhaling when asked for something, and were not happy to be there. 「Home away from home. Very relaxing and quiet. Shawn is extremely hospitable and his team made our stay very comfortable. He went out of his way to accommodate our needs as well, in the facility which was as pictured. Another highlight was the spa services offered - 10 out of 10! Definitely a great place to unwind and escape the city. Zabriko was a great restaurant recommendation for dinner, a mere 10 mins away thanks to a courtesy ride service by the villa! 「The close proximity to the city」

「I visited Jade Mountain Resort to celebrate my sister’s birthday, and we had an amazing time. The staff was wonderful—they gave us a tour of the property and decorated our room with balloons, making the celebration even more special. The view of the Pitons was breathtaking, and I would definitely stay here again.」

「Room with balconies was beautiful with a beautiful view of ocean. Lorraine (the owner) went above and beyond, driving us to a restaurant and taking us on a tour. She is a very sweet lovely lady, and provided coffee and treats. 」

「If you want water AVOID THIS PROPERTY! We were there 8 days, 4 of which there was no water for several hours. Apparently this is very common, the housekeeping lady asked if we wanted buckets of water to fill the toilet. Even when the water was "fixed" it was the slowest trickle. The toilet took 15 minutes to fill after flushing and the shower was a total joke, our relatives in the next room couldn't even wash their hair. The outside shower never worked and the rooms are band aided together....
