Charming Lake View Apartment with balcony close to the center

Cà Maria is located in a prime location, at walking distance from village center, shops, restaurants and ferryboats but still in a very quite site. The balcony overlooks Lecco branch of the lake and Villa Giulia park. All the lake view pictures of this listing have been taken from the property balcony. It is composed by a large living room with open kitchen and access to the balcony, a master king size bedroom, a queen size bedroom, both of them with windows overlooking the common garden. On the balcony a table and 4 director's chairs can sit comfortably 4 persons and allow to relax and enjoy lake view and nature
Master ensuite bathroom with bidet, tub and shower with crystal panel against splashes. Guest bathroom with crystal shower box. Cà Maria apartment is an ideal place for couples that want to have a comfortable living space as well as for families and friend groups that will enjoy to share common areas having privacy in private bedrooms /baths .
No buildings in front of the balcony and an old cypress give a magnificent view and a unique atmosphere. The elevation from the street offers complete silence at night and you will bring extraordinary memories back with you. Industrial style and good taste characterize this charming property where details show all the love used to decorate it.
A private parking space and appliances (dish washer, air conditioning in bedrooms, washing/dryer machine, hair dryers, coffe machine, microwave, kettle) complete the property. In 2025 old air conditioning has been replaced by a new silent one and one new water heater has been added to increase warm water supply. The center of Bellagio and its suburbs are built on steep terrain so you often encounter stairs and climbs everywhere. Cà Maria has a nice sunny common garden all around the building. Unreal view and very roomy apartment

If you like great views, you’ll love having coffee or a glass of wine on the porch, looking at Lake Como. Well appointed and near to the shops in Bellagio.

Lovely views

Apartment was well equipped, comfortable and had a beautiful view of the lake. The walk up from the ferry is steep and long. The owners were wonderful in getting in some hypoallergenic bedding for me at the last minute.

Lovely apartment, great location within Bellagio, only a short walk into town and to other beauty spots. Great accessibility, parking space and a securely gated. Very picturesque surroundings. Would definitely recommend this property.

Another relaxing stay at Ca' Maria. Exactly as pictured, view to die for, perfect for two couples. Carlo even arranged an early check-in for us, as our flight from U.S. arrived 7:30 a.m. in Milan, and we were tired! Highly recommend.

Great Place to Stay

We truly enjoyed staying in this place. It was 4 of us and we were very comfortable. The view of Lake Como, from the balcony, was excellent. It is very close to center of town to go to eat or catch the ferry to other lake towns. Carla and Christina were exceptional in accommodating us as we had to deal with cancelled/modified flights from the USA. Highly recommend it!

Fall couples trip

Two couples stayed for 7 nights. Set up and accommodation was perfect for two couples, nice privacy between bedrooms and bathrooms and a nice shared living space and balcony. The view was very nice overlooking the water and mountains. Apartment had all we needed in kitchen and bathroom. Communication was top notch - very helpful and responsive. Amazing Time in Bellagio

This property was fantastic! The owner was very responsive and helpful in planning our time in Bellagio. The apartment had everything we needed and the view is just amazing. It is about a 15 minute walk to the center of Bellagio and you can go left or right when you leave the apartment which was good to go different ways depending on where you are going. I would highly recommend the apartment!

Beautiful view!

The property is very beautiful and comfortable. The view is amazing! The balcony was the perfect place for morning coffee. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to town and the ferry! There is a pizza place and a produce store less than 5 minute walk. We enjoyed stopping for snacks at the pizza place on the way home each evening. The renta was clean, safe and well appointed. It even had an assigned parking spot. Would recommend 100%!!

Amazing stay in Bellagio

We had a fantastic stay in Bellagio! Our stay could not have been better. The view was to die for. We spent time on the balcony sipping coffee and just soaking in the view. The apartment was spacious and well appointed and had everything we would need to cook(we didn’t but it compares favourably to places we have stayed elsewhere.) The bedrooms were cool and quiet and we slept well. It was just a short walk to the town center where there was shopping and restaurants. We took the ferry from Bellagio and explored the area. We would definitely stay here again if we return. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful view but too far away

This was a cute and modernized apartment with a great view of the lake from the little terrace. Be warned however that it is quite a hike from the ferry dock and the restaurants of Lower Bellagio. We’re senior citizens and the walk up all the steps was very tiring. Probably fine for younger, more energetic people!

A gem in Bellagio

Our stay in this wonderful apartment was far too short, we hope to return very soon. The apartment is perfect for 2 couples! From the time I began looking for a place to stay through our checkout, the process has been smooth and communication was excellent. Matteo handled our check in and made sure we knew where everything was located. The apartment was extremely clean, beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen had plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, etc. The location was the best! We had a beautiful view of the lake from the balcony. The walk to the town was a mere 5 minutes (use the back gate). And we did have a parking space! Thank you so much for our wonderful holiday! We cannot wait to return ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

5 Glorious Days in Bellagio

We have traveled for many years and specifically most of Italy. This was our first time in the northern lake region. It was MAGICAL! This property has every comfort necessary and an AMAZING balcony view of the lake. Our introduction to the property was great, restaurant recommendations helpful and the location was tucked nicely away from the busy city center. The kitchen was well equipped, beds comfy and linens clean and soft. This home is located behind a gate and is very secure. As parking is an issue in town we walked each day to and from town. Get ready to get your 10K steps in. One night we called it quits and had a taxi ferry us home from La Punta restaurant. Best money I ever spent. This property was beautiful and we enjoyed our time in Bellagio. Ferries were easy to navigate and the town center and side streets well worth the amount of steps. It was AMAZING! Bellisimo✨

An Exceptional Experience. WE WILL RETURN

Four of us (two couples) traveled to Bellagio from the USA. Carlo and Carla provided excellent communication and services beyond our expectations. They provided us helpful information that helped us navigate the travel from Malpensa Airport to Bellagio. The apartment is perfect for two couples. Each couple has a private bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with anything you may need. The views of Lake Como are breathtaking. A short walk to the center of town and access to the ferries, restaurants and shopping, a grocery store is just a 3 minute walk from the apartment. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful when selecting fresh meats and cheeses. The restaurants in Bellagio were EXCELLENT (Carlo’s recommendations). We sailed with Bellagio Sailing (owned by Carlo). Carlo was our skipper. He took us to the Northern part of Lake Como. It was absolutely amazing. Carlo supplied us with delicious local wines/Prosecco/Beer/Non-alcoholic beverages. Cristina was our check-in manager and available during our entire stay. One of the deck chairs broke on our arrival day. Within a hour we had a new chair delivered to our door. We absolutely plan to return. It was truly a magical vacation and one we will never forget. We enjoyed sitting in balcony looking at the Greta view of the lake. The unit was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was stocked nicely with everything you need. Nice quick walk downhill to the town.
