You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

New home with lake side lower-level entry apartment, Near Buckingham Trail head

This apartment and home were constructed in 2022.Plenty of off-street parking is available.

The lower level, which you will be staying in, was built with no connecting access to the upper level. It has its own private entry and key, with plenty of windows overlooking Lake Ann. There is also a fully functional kitchen with pots and pans if you would like to cook. There is one bedroom with a queen bed, and the living room has a large couch two people can sleep on, and a futon provided if you prefer.

Tram access to the lake included, where you can swim, kayak, or canoe, with life jackets available. There is a space for a campfire, however, please be cautious and make sure the fire is extinguished before returning on the tram. Note: the pontoon is NOT part of the rental of this VRBO.

We are only a seven-minute walk away from the Buckingham Trailhead Back Forty Trail, which is a great walking or biking trail.

I was in Arkansas for the first time and this location was perfect to enjoy hiking and biking plus not far from Bentonville and Fayetteville. Very clean and quiet accommodations!

Wonderful place to be

We really enjoyed staying here and the property was very clean and beautiful! Jim and Jae are pleasant and helpful hosts. The place was quiet and very relaxing. Even saw some wildlife. Would highly recommend staying here, just worth it!

Anniversary get away!

James and Jae are great people! Amazing view of Lake Ann! Clean, everything we needed! Peaceful, quiet, while sitting on the dock watching birds and fish jump! Hiking trails that were close by are great! It’s nice to unplug from the day to day and get some R&R! Wish we could have stayed longer!

We enjoyed how relaxing the area was. Everything we needed was available and the place was really clean. We enjoyed the tram and hanging out down by the water. We hope to plan a longer stay and return soon.

An amazing place and close to most activities hiking, golf, museums, shopping, eating. The view is spectacular and the hosts were so kind and easy to work with. You won't regret staying here.

We just returned home from Bella Vista, AR and the most amazing vacation! Jim & Jae are wonderful, gracious hosts & truly care about their guests. Cozy lake house getaway with spectacular views

WOW, great views of the lake. This place is close to hiking trails and kayaks are available on the property. The atmosphere is serene--so peaceful. A great couple getaway! Neat, clean, recently built---the beds are super amazing. Couldn't ask for better hosts!!! They truly have the gift of hospitality!

Best three days ever!

We arrived to find the property even better than described. The view of the beautiful lake was a central feature, but the apartment was large, almost new, and spotlessly clean. There was a rather steep slope to negotiate, but our hosts made sure that we were able to safely access the area, helping with luggage.

We stayed 2 nights. The place is comfortable, clean, well appointed and the view is beautiful. The tram to the water is great. Jim and Jae are wonderful. The whole place is peaceful and serene. One of the best rentals we've stayed in. Wish I could raye it higher. We will definitely be back.

Awesome property on the lake

The property is new with plenty of space, a great view of the lake, and very nice furnishings. It was extremely clean and conveniently located. The owners are on site and very responsive to any questions I had. Couldn't have chosen a better place.
