This home was a comfortable and cozy place for our family to launch our NWA adventures from. Close to town and needed amenities like the grocery store but far enough from the main drag to be quiet and peaceful. Love the woodland views out the back windows. The beds with memory foam mattresses were perfect for a great night's sleep. Would definitely stay here again when we're in town.

The bedrooms were nice and cool at night, but there was not a lot of coolness in the front part of the house during the day. Ceiling fans would have been nice. The beds were very comfortable. There were a few bugs that we took care of, and I made the owner aware. Coffee pots had not been cleaned and we had to reset some of the breakers in order to get them to work. Found some dirty dishes under the couch that we went ahead and washed for the next visitors.. but all in all the house was nice and roomy could’ve used a little more lighting in the front part of the house at night time.
