We were under the impression that the pond/spring and playground were in fact on property grounds, however they were not. It was a park nearby and it happened to be closed for hunting season. I love the woodwork on the fireplace wall. This home has all the amenities needed to make you feel right at home. Neighborhood felt safe and quiet.
