"Well located, central in the old city. Easy access to everything. Excellent breakfast."

"The room was spacious, actually it was very big in every way, bathroom, hallway with kitchen amenities and bedroom, very happy with the size. The only problem was how to find it, Google map sent driver to a nearby street, we had to ask many people and sent multiple messages to hotel to find it. Also, there was no elevator, the staff helped us carry the luggage up. Other than that, the location and convenience were excellent, we loved it very much. I just hope they could put some kitchen towel and facial tissue, and the hair dryer was in a closet next to the sink, made it very hard to blow dry my hair. Anyway we left it was a very nice hotel."

"Reception staff were professionally friendly, efficient, helpful. We were grateful to be able to get drinks and dinner at their small, but comfy dining in area our first night. This hotel has the absolutely best included breakfast buffet that I have ever seen. Located on a small but busy street. Would have given the hotel, a five star rating except for an odd bit of noise that occurred at our bedtime from the room directly behind ours. This room was not part of the hotel, but you could quite clearly hear a friendly sounding group of people having a nice but loud gathering. We were told that Management will be definitely looking into it and seeing what they can do. Definitely needs some sort of soundproofing."

"Hotel rooms were a good size, clean and in prime location to be within close proximity of the new and old town. Staff were kind, friendly and very helpful. Matteo in particular went the extra mile by arranging one of our nights out with a contact he knew very well. Excellent hospitality and never felt wanting for anything."
