The hotel is located in a very central location. The staff is incredibly friendly always ready to help, show directions, calling a taxi etc. The original room which I was given was quite small but they gave me a larger one and that was good. The shopping mall is within 1 minute of walking distance. It is clean, the breakfast is great and plentiful. The only possible issue (which wasn’t a problem for me) is that the taxis must stop 100 yards away and the person has to walk. But the hotel staff is ready to help if someone has a problem with pulling the luggage. I highly recommend this hotel.

The property was in an excellent location for the city central area and walkable to many places. It is well-appointed with quite large rooms and good bathroom. Bed was comfortable and large. Breakfast offers a good choice of dishes but the selection of bread could be better. It offers good value for money.

Perfect location, good hotel

All ok. There was no lift to the restaurant where the breakfast was served and the breakfast can be improved, however both staff at the reception and at the restaurant are very kind and helpful with a smile on their face. The location is the best. Both quiet and at the very center, cant recommend that more. Though we chose a superior Room, it was a bit small, but clean and they have prepared the crib we asked during reservation. Thanks.

Great Location

The hotel had a great central location in the Belgrade old town. It was in the pedestrian only area of old town about 150 meters (500 ft) or so from a road you can drive on. The bathroom was a nice size. The bed was very firm which is common in Europe. I didn't care for the bedding, but it was functional. Breakfast was okay. It was more of a Turkish style breakfast. I really like American breakfasts which they did not have. The hotel restaurant was a Turkish restaurant. I tried it once for dinner and it was excellent.
