"Best place out of the 3 times that we have ever had when visiting the HMT trails, location and the accuracy of being told that you can fit a 28’ trailer and truck into the driveway to get to the cabin with plenty of space to park"

"Great place to stay! Close to trails and all the Hatfield & McCoy history. Our favorite things were having a washer & dryer, fabulous fire pit area, we cooked on the Blackstone everyday, garage to park our side by sides in and the extra fridge in the garage for beverages! Updated, nice decor, plenty of deck space for enjoying the weather. Owners were very nice and checked in to make sure everything was going well. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again!"

"Everything was perfect from the booking to checkout. My husband and I live out of state but wanted to host our family and friends. This property exceeded expectations! The home was spacious and decorated beautifully for Christmas. It was both clean and well stocked with supplies. There is also plenty of parking. I highly recommend!"

"The unit is spotless, greatly appreciate how immaculate it is. It was not explicitly stated it was on the second floor only accessible by outside stairs. Yes, the was a picture of the stairs in the listing but there was also a picture of the front of the building and several doors. I did communicate this to the owner and was told I should have known from the picture. Highly disappointed by the response. "

Guys Annual ATV Trip

"Property was as described but the description about plenty of room for parking was misleading. We had a 44 ft fifth wheel and without expertise driving you won't get your rig near the house. The turns are too sharp and tight in either direction of the road. We had to go past the road up to the hospital on the top of the hill all the way around to get the rig turned around to come back down the hill to get up the the road to the front of the house. When we left we had the back back down the road out onto the other Road to get out. Everything everybody else has said and all of the reviews are very accurate. We definitely enjoyed our stay but we were a group of 12 with four different trucks and trailers and parking was very challenging. Two of the rigs had to be parked on a different block below the house and we had to put our trust into the neighborhood and community that nothing would happen to them, and fortunately nothing did. "
