Accueil tardif très agréable... mais chambre pas préparée ! Du coup changement de chambre très rapide. Abords de l'hôtel peu engageants. Chambre correcte. Petit déjeuner suffisant.

Staff were great. Easy access on the edge of town. A pharmacy next door. Easy to get to restaurants. Downside: lots of small holes in the walls which is discomforting. Shower stall way too small. First night tons of noise at 5am, quiet after that. Again, staff wonderful. Would stay there again.

Horrible

Séjour horrible dans cet hôtel. Tout commence avec un mauvais accueil, les employés sont peu chaleureux, les chambres et parties communes sont vétustes!! Les chambres sentaient la cigarette, donc chambre peu aérée, et pour couronné le tout, pendant les deux nuit ou j’ai dormis dans cet hôtel, par deux fois, les deux soirs, une personne s’est introduit dans ma chambre pendant que je dormais. Forcément réveil en fanfare et comme excuses, il y a un soucis avec le logiciel et on arrivait pas à vous mettre sur cette chambre donc on la pensait vide …. Hôtel à fuir !!!!

There are holes in the wall of the shower. The bed was awful, breakfast was really bad, and other things. For 70€ that’s not okay. For 15€ it would be okay.

Hotel à eviter à tout prix

Hotel insalubre, pas digne de représenter le groupe Accor. Établissement à l'abandon, parties communes sales, odeurs d'humidité et de crasse. Décharge en face des fenêtres. Jeune homme à l'accueil aimable mais comment laisser des salariés travailler dans ces conditions ? Petit dejeuner correct. Vous l'aurez compris, fuyez cet ibis !!!

Pire séjour jamais fait

Partie commune dans un état déplorable, lors de mon arrivée, on m’a donné une chambre déjà occupé, j’ai demandé à annuler mon séjour après une nuit qui m’a été refusé. J’ai du prendre un autre hôtel à mes frais. Le pire séjour que j’ai jamais eu.

Cheap and cheerful

It says "budget" and they mean it: small rooms and very few amenities, and a little bit out of town. No complaints for the price: we paid EUR 35 per room. No extra charge for parking. There is no elevator. A buffet breakfast is available, otherwise there is a snack vending machine in the lobby and a cafe over the road.

Nok det dårligste ophold jeg har haft

Hår i sengen, negle på gulvet, blod på væggen. Vores tøj lugter af røg, fordi folk tydeligvis ryger på hotellet. Ingen lydisolering (så meget larm), og kun varmt vand i 3 minutter.. ja det er et billigt hotel, men spar nu hellere pengene, og vent til i har råd til noget lidt bedre 0/10

Bon accueil, le personnel est présent et attentif aux demandes. Point noir sur l'entretien de l'extérieur: alors que des pluies verglaçantes étaient annoncées depuis une journée et ceci pour plusieurs nuits, rien n'avait été prévu par la direction pour faire face à se phénomène météo. Ceci ayant pour conséquence de prendre les clients en otages puisque dans l'impossibilité de sortir du parking. Le personnel présent s'est trouvé complètement démuni face à cette situation. Le premier matin, je me suis trouvé avec une bonne heure de retard sur mon emploi du temps. Ceci est totalement inadmissible pour la direction d'un établissement accueillant des clients.

Hôtel correct sans plus

L'hôtel est situé dans un quartier sur les hauteurs de Belfort. Il y a 2 ou 3 commerces à proximité mais une seule option de restauration (Kebab). Le personnel de l'hôtel est top, à l'écoute et arrangeant. La chambre était très moyenne (Literie juste correcte, télécommande tv en mauvaise état). L'hôtel semble plutôt destiné à des personnes de passage (étape pas cher à Belfort). Le buffet de petit déjeuner était correct.

Conforme à la description

Pas de mauvaise surprise, conforme aux détails affichés. Petit déjeuner très moyen. Accueil professionnel et plutot chaleureux. Parking derrière l'hotel.
