  • This is a newly refurbished apartment situated on one of the main arterial roads into Belfast City Centre. It is fully equipped to ensure that you have a comfortable stay and should provide an excellent platform for a great visit to this lively and vibrant city.
    There are several takeaways in the area and a Tesco Extra a 5 minute walk away. Buses go into the city from a stop by the flat and it only takes 15 minutes to walk to the Waterfront Hall.

Wow, we have stayed in places where there a few goodies like coffee, tea, sugar:however, Kim went over the top with supplies such as juice, eggs, cereal. The place is cute, clean, and comfortable. The only reason for not giving 5 across the board is we ran out of hot water in the shower within 2-3 minutes.

Very clean and well-stocked kitchen

Owner Huw and manager Kim were very gracious to allow us to drop our luggage early, as well as pick it up late. Kim responded to phone inquiry about access to apartment after we failed to have those instructions. Good WiFi. Breakfast items in kitchen were most plentiful and varied. Thank you!

Enjoyed

we had a nice time. Only there overnight. Pictures were mostly correct but it made it look like there was a living area with sofa bed and TV, however one of the pictured beds was in the room to so you would not be able to use the sofa bed and our other family would be in our bedroom to visit. It was a nice place, walking distance to multiple places. Suggestion: Leave instruction on use of appliances. Maybe add a couple of fans to help cool off the rooms, especially the top floor.

Beaucoup d'escaliers et ils sont étroits

Ce n'est pas dit que la salle de bain est au dernier étage donc il faut monter à chaque fois que l'on veut y aller et coome m'a dit Kim quand je lui ai dit que j'étais tombée dans les escaliers, c'est une vieille maison donc les escaliers sont étroits et les marches aussi. Quand je lui ai demandé de monter le chauffage cela n'a pas été fait. Dans la chambre nous avons mis le chauffage d'appoint. Dans la salle de bain le calorifère n'a jamais fonctionner. Je suis très déçue du choix que j'ai fait malheureusement. Le point positif les ingrédients fournis pour le déjeuner.

The host didn’t give me the entrance code unless I asked of it. And when the gave me the access code it was a wrong code and a wrong telephone number for the contact person in case you have questions. We arrived late around 10 pm and trying to put the access code and it didn’t work. I called the number that the gave me and it was a wrong number, number didn’t get through, tried putting 0 before the number, still didn’t worked. So we tried going to see their ad again and tried the number and it works. I spoke to a guy and he seems surprised that someone is calling. I told him that the access code in essay apartment in Belfast is not working. I told him the code that they emailed and he said it’s a wrong code. He gave me a different code that works. It’s a good thing that I’m smart enough to check their ads instead of what they emailed me. The contact number they gave or emailed to me is different from what I saw in the paper I see the apartment. This is the worst host that I ever had. Giving a wrong information. A very terrible host. I will never come back here anymore nor recommend it to all my friends. A terrible experience from this host. Beware !!!

A short but enjoyable stay, Huw and Kim couldnt have been more helpful in the leadup and the apartment was clean, well supplied overall amazing. Would highly recommend!

I get it, the buildings were built differently back in the day.
Had to go down like a duck or sideways so I didn't slip.
