Horrendous WIFI, not even 1Mbs, unable to work, not to mention Netflix or streaming. Old hotel with a flashy look nut when you scratch… not good

It’s a good stay in general. I checked in at 4am from a long flight and they were not able to tell me if I can have late check out. At around check out time which is noon I asked and they extended my check for 45 minutes.

Good stay with some concerns
It was a good stay and the hotel is really nice, though there're some renovations on the 6th floor where I was staying which was a bit annoying in the morning and one more note the quality of toiletries (soap, shampoo and shower jel) is really bad!

Probably the best value for money in Beirut. Energy 24/7, wifi, A/C and TV 24/7 too. It was recently renovated so the rooms are new, just like the pictures. Double windows make it real quiet. Room is clean and cleaned every day. All of the staff were amazing. Always with a smile and ready to help you. They speak arabic, french and english really well. It surprised me positively, and was way better then other hotels i have stayed on previous years of the same price. I really recomend it and will

The room was spacious and cleaned daily. No view maybe a little less than I was expecting. First time in Beruit and I was ok with it. Market next door which was very nice. The kitchen was a big plus. Microwave and Tv in each room.

I travel for worked and the Wifi connection was great! I initially stayed at a junior suite, which was spacious with an extra closet - it also had two balcony with city views which was nice. The staff was super friendly and accommodating!! The hotel also provided a service where hospital staff come and perform a PCR covid test and bring the results back to the hotel so that you do not need to find a spot yourself and limit your hospital exposure!
