サービス、室内のアメニティや設備等、過ごしやすさは素晴らしかった。ただ、インターネット接続の帯域がひどく狭かったため、ホテルのネットを使ってインターネットを利用することは難しかった。 The service, the amenities and the facilities in the room, the ease of spending were wonderful. However, it was difficult to use the Internet using the hotel's network because the bandwidth was so narrow.

we were very happy Quiet room great buffet breakfast staff tried very hard to assist bus to airport at door regular departures right to airport 30 yuan (Taxi around 200) approx 1 hour metro acrooss road and Macaas

Only if you looking location near the seg market.

Great location for those looking for seg electeonic market , the hotel is very old , bad smell of old carpets . They allow to smoke everywere .nobody speak english . The hotels " restaraunt " its kind of joke .

Does not correspond the tarif and the external ima

I ended up there because I needed a hotel and no one at the airport spoke English or any other language. It's reasonable but disappointing because it has a 5-star appearance. The Service Book speaks about business centre, 24-hour service, restaurants open all day long and so on. The business centre is permanently closed and no one knows where the key is and when it will be opened. I needed to print 3 pages, they kindly offered me the administration PC, but it had a XP as operational system, no adobe acrobat reader and no text editor, so we couldn't even open the file. The bathroom doesn't have a bathtub (not that I would use it, but we're talking about a 5-star-like hotel), and I could never find the restaurant open at 3 p.m. nor for dinner, except for a Chinese restaurant that sold Cantonese kitchen. Personnel are extremely friendly, but language communication is extremely difficult, as elsewhere in Beijing. I had to eat at a nearby McDonalds because they couldn't inform me about a restaurant and there was nothing similar to one in the surroundings.

Un hôtel très propre, petit déjeuner complet et un service acceptable malgré la non maîtrise de la langue anglaise chez la plupart des employés de l'établissement.

Pretty nice stay..good location close to subway, mall, McDonald's and a departmental store. Special thanks to the staff who go out of their way to help
