Nice room bad service.

Room was nice. But understanding switch of lights and air condition was difficult. The taste of morning buffet was not good, especially fruit　was not tasty.

北京中心に近い綺麗なホテル。　

部屋もゆったりと少し広めでくつろげました。TVの日本語放送はNHKが見るとこができますが、他の民放み見れた方が良いと思う人もいるとおもいます。夕食を館内のイタリアンレストランで食べましたが、大変美味しかった！　朝食も非常に美味しかったです。パンもクロワッサンを始めとして品数が豊富でしたし、ワンタンスープ、卵焼きが美味しかったです。

可もなく不可もなく

リッツらしくホテルとしてのサービスはおおむねいいと思うが、中国人の特徴なのだろうか、ホスピタリティが感じられない。コンシェルジュでも笑顔とか気持ちのいい態度を示してくれなく、つっけんどんというか、えらそうな態度である。また支払いの際のミスでもお詫びの言葉もなく平然としている。

While the room was clean, the overall value for money was super low. The shower drainage wasn’t functioning properly so every night my bathroom was essentially flooding and I was very close to slipping on many occasions. The wire chargers next to the bed weren’t working but luckily I brought universal adaptor with wire charging function, otherwise it could be really inconvenient. The amenities were visibly a bit outdated hence a very subpar Ritz, I won’t recommend it. The only redeeming factor was the staff that were very professional and helpful.

寧靜,附近商場內餐廳多選擇,雖然公交不太方便,但叫出租車也算方便,很快有車接單,地鐵不算近但可接受,且執勤人員友善好客,酒店方面員工很有禮貌和親切,可惜房間設施開始變舊,入住時房內有蛾蚋,一天比一天數量多,這點應多注意改善。

Nice business hotel. Easy to move around.

Nice location easy to move around. Very friendly staff and nice swimming pool and spa but breakfast and internet connection service should be improved. Club lounge is nicely staffed but the food is so so.

Pleasantly surprised

Stayed at the Ritz in many countries around the world and this one is a little too "business-like" when compared to others. The room was not as big as the other Ritz properties. There was no cold water in the shower (strange) so i called the front desk. They replied quickly and moved me to a suite. WOW. That suite was huge and nice. The pool was nice too, and has a projector showing the movie Sabrina, which I enjoyed.

如果要成為真正五星級酒店

服务和設施大致满意，但有关房间电視的问题颇大，我入住是房號是1817，應該是行政樓層，但想不到電視機頗為細小，而且那色調还是失控（應該是調色那功能壞了）这絶对不是一家五星级酒店應該出现的问题。而且我發現有些熱門的電視台接收不到，例如湖南衞視，我不和這是因為酒店是位於京城，需要协助把南方比較熱门的節目打壓一下的原故，或是另有原因！但一般在南方真正五星级酒店，國內所有電視台都能收看
