"Clean and plenty of outdoor space - the roosters and horses near the property added music while the hummingbirds buzzed around anything red. I enjoyed the hammock and outdoor rocking chairs. The rooms were well-appointed. The property is a bit out of town and gets you away from any city lights. Very close to the lovely Snow Canyon area! Thanks for the great stay."

"Perfect! Everything we expected and more! A surprise for the wife for our anniversary. She loved it. Used the sauna and private biotex gym, enjoyed the sunset, a nice walk. It was an overall fabulous getaway from everything! Nice and private. Great communication and we hope to come again! "

"Absolutely cozy, clean and the host was quick to respond with any concerns. The views were stunning and the horses were so sweet! THE STARS AT NIGHT-because of being outside the city limits, there’s minimal light pollution. The host was so thoughtful with leaving chips and salsa, soup, sodas and water bottles in the fridge, all the things you would enjoy after a long day of driving. Even the soothing lavender body scrub and fragrant shampoo and conditioner in the shower was perfect! I wish i had had more time to enjoy the area and cottage."
