2/10 Terrible

"There was a hole in the bottom of the door where you can see outside. The pillows were like T-shirts smashed into a case, and they were really little.. customer service was terrible. We couldn’t even get into our room with the key card. It looks like people had broken in to the rooms. Also people were living in some of the rooms. The only good about this was it was clean so rundown two of the plug-ins did not have covers on them fire hazard. I tried to get a refund before we even went in the room because of how it looked couldn’t get a refund so we just didn’t wanna lose our money so we slept there."

"There was a mix-up with our reservation through a technical error on the third party site. The hotel, & Mark, bent over backwards to help us out! We were given a room while I dealt with the issue. It was resolved. But the length of their hospitality to us was commendable! The room was great! The complimentary breakfast was unusual for us. It was the hotels actual restaurant & you ordered off a select menu. Breakfast was delicious! Again, the hospitality at the restaurant was wonderful & we ran into Mark again! A jack of all trades! And a thanks to the manager Yasmin who was also a big help! We would definitely stay there again!"

2/10 Terrible

"I arrived in an unusual winter blizzard. I could hardly move as every limb was suffering frost bite. The lady at the front desk told me to stop apologizing for the shoe prints and to take my time. I slowly got my stuff upstairs and moved my bike with my last ounce of strength to a part of the driveway that did not impede access to the sidewalk or deliveries. I then went and laid down for 4 hours. When I returned I moved my bike to the front loading and unloading zone and started bringing my luggage to the bike. The manager called me and asked me to move my bike and I returned immediately and moved it out of his delivery drivers way (forget the fact that I am the paying customer and it is a loading zone) and then he loudly tells a subordinate how scummy bikers are and how they think they can park wherever. I hear him from the stairs and came back down and asked him who he was referring to while pointing out I was loading and there was no signs saying I couldn’t do that (in fact every hotel allows this as I travel extensively). Two days later I received a charge of $15 for parking in an unauthorized area. I have photos and video of everywhere I parked. The guy is nuts and needs to realized he is in a position of providing a service to the customer and he can’t talk trash on them and make up fees as if he can do whatever he wants. There are nicer options in Beaver"

Cozy Summer get away at Eagle Point

10/10 Excellent

"We had a wonderful time at this cabin. We’ve been multiple times now as it is a great getaway spot. The cabin is clean and set up well with all the kitchen and living essentials. Big enough to accommodate a large family while still feeling cozy. There’s also a nice 2nd family room area downstairs where the kids can play while the adults relax upstairs.We have found this to be a great spot for year-round fun. Skiing, snowshoeing, and sledding in the winter. Fishing, 4-wheeling, hiking, and mountain biking in the spring, summer and fall. And all with no crowds which is hard to find anywhere these days. We especially love stargazing off the big beautiful deck or driving up to the flats for a major show during meteor showers. Property Management is super accessible if needed. Highly recommend this place."
