"This hotel is my go to. It’s always clean, everyone is professional, love the addition of the Starbucks. Not to mention my room got upgraded to a balcony room for no reason at all. Great stay overall, as always. "

"Check inn didn't go though and they tried to give are room away while we were away next day, pending refund for a night like they said but didn't get it yet been a month "

"There was trash under the ottoman in our room upon check in. The mini fridge didn't seem to keep our food that we brought cold enough. The grill had no propane even though we called to confirm that it was ready to use. The trim board in the doorway to the bathroom was broken and kept falling over and caused the bathroom door to not be properly shut. "

"The hotel was great. We had our dogs and there was some area for them. The restaurant was terrific- great fish and chips!"

"Breakfast was good, loved the oatmeal bar. Friendly staff. Unfortunately, the pool is temporarily out of service. They did offer us to use the pool at the hotel next door. But we decided not to use it. The mall is literally right there, walking distance. "

"The pictures are deceiving. The entrance is as pictured and if quite nice. But once you get past that area it’s not so nice. The hallways and rooms are dark and dreary. We got to our room and was Instantly disappointed the room was small my daughter and I could hold hands from the 2 separate beds. But we said it’s one night we will deal with it. About 1-2 hours later my daughter pulled down the bedding and the sheet was covered in mold and trace of blood. That was a wrap for us. We ended up booking a room down the street for a little more but so worth it. I tried to get a partial refund and it was denied. "
