"The reason this isn’t 5 stars is because we asked multiple times at the front desk to have the tv in the room repaired and were told they would send someone up. On the 3rd day the battery in the lock for the digital key died. They sent someone up quickly for that. While he was fixing the door, we asked about the tv. He told us they never requested they come check it out. He did fix it while up there. It took him longer to fix the tv than the door. He told us that he was gonna go down and find out why they never put the request in. It wasn’t user error on the tv and I don’t think we should have had to asked so many times just to find out that the request had never been relayed to maintenance. Everything else was great, clean, pretty view. Breakfast is basic and slim compared to other hotels I’ve stayed at and spent less per night. The beach house social restaurant was excellent and worth going to, even you stay somewhere else."

"We feel very fortunate to have found this little piece of heaven for our star in Navarre. We've stayed at many vrbo rental over the years and have to say that Sleepy Bay was better than our expectations and was accurately described which is many times not the case.The unit was clean, well appointed and comfortable. The views were amazing and the surroundings peaceful. It was nice to be close to the beach, local restaurants and stores. We felt safe in a new environment and were welcomed by our hosts, Frank and Stacy. They could not be any nicer or more accommodating!Thank you Frank and Stacy for sharing your beautiful property and some fun and exciting memories! We enjoyed every moment and look forward to staying again with you on our next trip in Navarre!"

"My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at Marty and Ron's beach house! They were outstanding hosts! Marty was very thoughtful with great communication! The detail put into everything you would need for your stay was Amazing! The kitchen had everything you would need and more along with all you would need to use the grill outside. It was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated! It was such a peaceful place! Watching the sunrises/sunsets and dolphins, fishing off the dock, and kayaking on the bay right out the back door! It was our first time to visit Navarre and we absolutely love it there! This is the best place we've stayed and will definitely be back!"
Country Beach House- With a new pet friendly pool

"Excellent location. Reasonable priced. Clean. Great communication with host. Kitchen was well stocked. However, the furnishings were poor and uncomfortable. The beds especially were unexceptionable. The beds were as advertised but cheap creaking frames with loose legs made us opt for mattresses on the floor to get a good night sleep. Lawn furniture also needs to be upgraded. Overall it was a good experience and we would return if the bed frames were replaced with actual sturdy bed frames."

"House was a little dirty when we arrived and the 2nd floor kind of scared me it felt like it was going to cave in from the water damage you could see on the first floor ceiling. There is not really any restaurants that are close to this house but the beach was great."

"A few areas for improvement would be updating some of the furniture. While the home was very clean overall, a few pieces showed signs of wear, likely due to the property's pet-friendly nature. Some furniture had bottoms that appeared chewed or were beginning to flake.We would also have appreciated a little more attention to the outdoor landscaping. The flower beds were somewhat overgrown, and moss had accumulated around the concrete area near the screened-in porch and pool. These suggestions would just help the curb appeal of the beautiful rental unit. That said, these issues did not take away from our enjoyment of the property.The pool was our favorite feature of the rental, and our kids absolutely loved spending time there. It provided a wonderful place for our family to relax and make memories.Overall, the home was very clean, comfortable, and enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this property to others and look forward to staying here again in the future!"
