We were joking that we wish we could bring the hotel with us to every stop we have in Sicily.」

When the tram is running its easy to get to downtown at moment buses do the journey from nearby square, easy wak.Mainland Ferry terminal is very close by, cautioun though if you have a big luggage take a taxi the 60 steps up to the road are a good climb.」

My husband was finally able to speak to the owner which stated that she as having issues with this property and she would put us up at her other property up the street. It was a beautiful boutique hotel near a fountain. The room was beautiful but still being renovated. It suited our need for the night. The breakfast could have been much better. 「Two nights stayed at this hotel. Quite convenient place near to the central station (the coach from Catania airport directrly arrives as well). Kind enough to arrange the room in advance after arriving in the early morning. I could hear the loud conversation from the next door first, but it was fine by the afternoon. The bed and shower rooms were cleaned. The message I sent before arrival via Expedia wasn't replied, but the hotel itself was trustworthy. Other hotels in Messina can be found, but...

Le petit-déjeuner est très complet. L'emplacement est parfait, à 10 minutes à pied de l'embarquement pour les îles, avec des possibilités de restauration à proximité.」
