Single family Oceanside Contemporary home in Brant Beach located just one block to the beach. Home has 4 bedroom, 3.5 baths and sleeps 14.
6 smart TVs, new paint, new patio table/chairs. Hardwood floors.
Bunk Sets are each - twin over full over twin trundle ~~ Each bunk set sleeps 4. Beach Badges are provided as a convenience, by the homeowner, for tenant use. However, they are not guaranteed, and tenant(s) will be responsible for the cost of lost or missing badges.
No smoking, and no pets permitted.
3PM check in -- 11AM check out. Per owner pillows and blankets are provided.
