Wedding weekend

We rented this VRBO for my son's wedding weekend. The place is great. Plenty or bedrooms and porches. The location is very close to Hotel LBI where the wedding was held as well as The Surf City Hotel where we had the Welcome Party. From the decks and the driveway, you can see both the bay and the ocean. Short walk to both. The rental has everything you could need for a fantastic couple of days, weekend, week or month. Due to the weather and the time of the year, we didn't get to use the pool or the rooftop entertainment area, but both looked great. I would definitely recommend this VRBO.

Great LBI Stay

The house is beautiful and a great location in Surf City. Host was easy to communicate with and friendly. You'll need to bring linens but everything else you need is there.

Fantastic Winter Weekend Getaway!

We have an annual tradition of spending a weekend in January with our extended family and this weekend did not disappoint! The house was everything we could have hoped for and the location was perfect! We walked to Scojo's for breakfast (matching pjs of course), then to a few shops and off to the beach in the evening for stargazing. The family room was super cozy for all of us to hang out, play games and watch football and movies. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and then some. Having most of the bedrooms on a separate floor was also nice for quiet time if you wanted it. Will definitely come back next year, highly recommend.

40th birthday for daughter

Everything was great! host was great, decorated nicely, very clean! Only negative that I was not aware of was needing to bring towels and sheets at the last minute (may have been on listed and I did not see it), but not a big deal. Only recommendation would be to have a coffee pot in addition to the Keurig!

Beautiful home

We stayed for a weekend and we couldn’t have asked for more. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of room for 12 of us and beautifully decorated. Loved the heated pool and hot tub as well as the rooftop area with a fire pit. Great communication… Quickly responded to any questions I had prior to our arrival. Great weekend getaway and would definitely return.

Perfect location and house

We absolutely loved our stay at Tom’s house. The house was exactly as pictured. The pool was perfect, and the beach was only a 2 block walk away. We were in a great location to walk to around surf city. Tom was a great host and very easy to communicate with. We would absolutely stay there again!

Perfect Beach Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay here!! The pictures of the house don’t do it justice - everything was so new, beautiful, and clean! We had a large group stay and everyone fit more than comfortably in the house. The pool was amazing and the rooftop was unreal. The house is perfectly set between the beach and the bay as well as walkable to 2 amazing coffee shops & some nearby shopping. We loved this area, way less crowded than Beach Haven!!! The owner was so nice and eager to help at anything we needed! Do not hesitate to stay here. We will 100% be back!!!!

Beautiful house!

We cannot say enough good things about this beautiful home. The pool is absolutely spectacular and we spent most of our days hanging in the sun. The house itself is huge with numerous decks and grills. Super clean with plenty of space. Beach Haven was a quick 10 minute drive but Surf City has plenty to do as well. Mini golf, shopping, ice cream, etc. Thomas was a great host and available at all times for any questions. Looking forward to going back next year!

Perfect Shore house

5 couples stayed comfortably. Pool area is amazing, spent many hours there. Grilled, hung out on roof, patio, cooked dinner. Really a perfect vacation house.

FAMILY VACATION

The house was fabulous, with 5 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. Our family was 6 adults and 5 children between 7 and 14. There was plenty of room for all and we never felt crowded. The neighborhood was great and very quiet. We had the best time there. Large flat screen TVs were plentiful if you wanted to watch. The kitchen was large and beautiful. Tom was totally a gentleman and answered our calls very promptly. This was our first trip to LBI and we are already looking into booking for next year. Perfect Beach Oasis in Surf City

This is a must-stay. One block from the beach with all of the amenities you could ask for! My family and I stayed at Tom’s place for our annual beach week and were beyond impressed. The home was spotlessly clean and felt very new. There were thoughtful furniture pieces everywhere, we enjoyed breakfast on the deck on more than one occasion. Even a beautiful large outdoor sofa with a firepit on the roof deck which was perfect for catching sunsets. The home is completely furnished and stocked with all the essentials and more. A dozen beach chairs, beach tags, towels galore, ice machine, a beautiful pool + hot tub, 3 decks, multiple en-suite bathrooms, gas grills, outdoor shower, fully stocked fridge, etc etc. There was even an elevator which made loading/unloading our stuff a huge relief. We have two littles (4 and 1) and were able to bring travel beds/cribs and set them up in the rooms with ample space. The bedrooms were spacious and clean, with giant TVs in multiple rooms. The linens were clean and soft. The bathrooms were large and well lit - they even have soaps/shampoos for us if we forgot. The walk to the beach (while lugging all the excess things one packs for 2 toddlers at the beach) was super easy. I can’t say enough about the location. Minute walks from most great things in Surf City, we hardly used our car once. Tom was super responsive and answered immediately when i had the random question. I would 100% stay here again next year!
