This top floor of an adorable Cape Cod will satisfy all of your families needs w/ kids nook, crib and 2 Bedrooms (1 King & 1 Queen). This Condo is just a stones throw away from the beach! It also welcomes a brand new outdoor shower w/ changing room. A great deck w/ both a sitting & dining area. WE REQUIRE ALL GUESTS TO BRING THEIR OWN LINENS & TOWELS.

Had a great stay while we waited for our weekly rental on the island. The place was spacious enough and close to the beach. The only issue was that there was quite a few flying gnats and ants at the front window to the balcony that needed taken care of.Overall the stay was good and we would absolutely book again.

Perfect family beach house that was clean and had everything listed. Details were clear and check in and check out were both smooth. Couldn’t beat the proximity to the beach and the amenities for our family with 2 young kids. This was our 2nd year in a row staying here and already want to plan our next stay.

If you have kids this is where you want to be! My family has stayed at this property many times. The location is perfect and my 2 girls have so much to do while we stay. Would highly recommend!

Another wonderful year at our beach getaway! I can't stress enough how much my 5 year old son loves this property - from the playground in the backyard, to the play nook, to sitting on the bar chairs for meals, to the shed filled with beach toys and other essentials that you don't need to worry about. Brett was incredibly responsive to us as we experienced AC issues during our unusually hot stay. Someone came to the property quickly and all was resolved as we hoped. Brett is a wonderful host and can't wait to stay again next year - we're already booked!

Perfect midweek getaway

Such a charming, perfect cottage for a stay in the sun. Great location, such easy access to the beach. Very clean property and wonderful responsive host (even when you ask dumb questions). Would definitely stay there again!

Cozy place in a great location

This was a perfect place for our family. It was in a very convenient location and a quick walk to the beach. The owners were very responsive when we had questions. It is a little tight for a family of four, but we really enjoyed the location and condo.

Checked out today and it was perfect. In town for a wedding and I couldn’t have been happier with our stay here. The location is perfect, so cozy, clean and beautifully decorated. I actually felt like I was at home.

Nothing short of amazing

The location of the house was PERFECT! Our kids loved it so much they cried when they had to go home. We loved it there and the owners are very responsive. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for letting us stay in your home.

Great location and communication

Everything was as advertised. Prompt responses from the owners with all questions prior to check-in, during the stay and right through check-out. Short walk to the beach, dining, convenience store, shopping etc.

Great location and very comfortable stay. 1-2 minute walk (1/2 block) to the beach; 5-10 minutes to restaurants etc. My kids (2 & 4) loved the toys, kids nook and swing set. Enclosed backyard was perfect for the kids. Well stocked place even had a shed full of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, bikes, kids beach toys). Comfortable beds, clean and very livable, not cramped even with two kids. I would definitely recommend a stay and will likely try to rebook this place for next summer!
