Friday check in gives you ethe entire weekend to enjoy Wonderful 5 Bedroom home plus a family room that contains a good quality queen sleep sofa . Three levels in this home and is located just four houses from the lifeguarded beach and four houses from the bay making it a quick walk to both. Lane 48 also known as Duck Blind Ally will be on left. Enjoy the beautiful backyard with a pool, outdoor kitchen with refrigerator, icemaker and Cabana. Plenty of parking available. Just a short 5 minute walk over the Blvd to the ocean. There is parking and tennis courts a block over across the Blvd .

Third floor:

Bedroom with one queen bed: Sleeps 2

Bedroom with one twin bed and one Pyramid with a twin over a double bed: Sleeps 3

Second floor: Kitchen, dining room, living room and master bedroom

Master bedroom has one king bed: Sleeps 2

Ground floor: Two bedrooms and a bed/family room

Bedroom: Queen bed: Sleeps 2

Bedroom: This bedroom has a sleeper chair in from the family room that will sleep one

Family room: Sleeper couch with queen size bed: Sleeps 2

Small Pet permitted with $350 fee under 40lbs CONSIDERED with Permission



TENANTS MUST TAKE DAMAGE INSURACE FOR $70 DUE TO EXPENSE OF POOL & HOT TUB REPAIR SHOULD DAMAGE OCCUR. SECURITY WILL BE LOWERED TO $1000 . Please let your agent know your choice to adjust lease.
