コストパフォーマンスが高い

ボルドーの中心街にありとても便利がよかつたです。部屋の広さもまあまあで、浴槽も付いていました。ホテルの料金からしてみるとコストパフォーマンスが高い感じがしました。

平均的だが少し古い感じのホテル

車での訪問であったが、クリスマスの為か工事の為かホテルまでの道路が一部閉鎖になっておりたどり着くのに苦労しました。(GPS通りに移動すると一方通行を堂々と巡り) 又、駐車場は公共の駐車場利用であった、料金は安かった €6.5/泊がホテルに併設してるわけでは無かった。立地条件としては、徒歩圏内で旧地区にも行ける、便利な場所。フロント係全ての方が英語を話せるわけでは無かった。エレベーターは、クラシックな雰囲気でカゴ内には椅子もあり！部屋の評価は平均点。朝食メニューの品数は、そんなに多くなかった。

good location

room is clean and modern. there is air-conditioning in the room, which is vital in summer. however, there is a shelf hanging over the sink, because of which, when washing face, you end up hitting your head at the shelf, or splashig water all over the washing room. it is not well designed.

街中の拠点ホテル

駅から橋を渡り市街地に入った所にあります。川沿いのレストランも徒歩圏内、旅行案内所やバスセンターも近いです。歴史ある建物ですが清潔で過ごし易いと思います。スタッフが親切で手配や困りごとにも親身に相談していただきました。

静かで綺麗でした。ホテルのスタッフも感じの良い方でした。英語が通じます。場所は街中で不便な場所ではありません。近くにスーパーもあります。

バイヨンヌ観光にお勧めのロケーション

グラン・バイヨンヌの中心近くにある、清潔なホテルです。レストランやバーの並ぶエリアにも近いので、遅くなって帰るのにも不安はありませんでした。朝食のスタッフさんはきめ細やかに助けてくれましたが、たまたまかも知れませんが、あるフロント係の方だけが、明らかにチェックアウトを待っているのが判っているはずなのに、新聞をたたむ作業を延々と続けて待たせたり、明細の確認を求めるとため息をついてみせたり、ひじょうに印象が悪かったのが残念でした。ただ、街のお店の方々の対応は細やかで、人情に篤い感じを持ちました。バスク博物館は展示物が充実しており、また、展示方法にも工夫があって、楽しかったです。バスクを訪れる際には、外せない街だと思いました。

立地のいいホテル

スタッフは親切です。朝食は無料ですが、特においしくはないです。バスローブはありません。湯量、排水共に快適です。ドライヤーの風量も申し分ないです。Wi-Fiは私の部屋では繋がりにくかったです。フロントでハイウェイの為の両替をお願いしましたが、快く引き受けていただきました。駐車場をお願いするのを忘れていたのですが、その日は路上に停めていて大丈夫だと言われました。

旧市街にあり便利

バイヨンヌの旧市街にあり、ロケーションが便利。ホテルは元の修道院を改装したということで、シンプルだが天井が高く、洗面スペースなどもパリのホテルよりは広め。若干壁が薄いせいか、隣や上の部屋の物音が聞こえたが、夜は静かだったので問題はなかった。らせん階段に取り付けたエレベーターが手で閉めるクラシックなタイプで面白かった。フロントの方は英語で対応できるので問題なかった。

修道院かなにかを改装したホテルということで、趣はありますが、床が傾いていたり、ドアが開きにくかったりと、古さは否めません。立地はメイン通りに近く、とても便利です。ホテルの方はフレンドリーで、感じがよかったです。

Well-located, comfortable

The hotel is very well-located and my room had a fabulous view of the cathedral. There are restaurants nearby and the front desk was able to help with reservations.

Lovely hotel right in the old town

Wonderful stay, very handy to the old town area and approx 15 mins walk from the train station. Staff were very friendly at check in very helpful with any directions we needed. Gorgeous vintage lift to help take the baggage up. Many places to eat nearby

Excellent hotel

Séjour très court mais très agréable. L’hôtel est en plein centre de Bayonne et tout est accessible à pied! Parfait pour visiter la ville!

The beat location for hyper-centreville. Rooms were nice. Housekeeping could’ve been a little more attentive. Nice, large bathrooms.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. The breakfast was good, and the location was great. Figuring out how to use the shower was a challenge, however! A laundry was close by, although laundry services are available at the hotel.

Bel hotel au centre de Bayonne. Les chambres donnant sur rue sont bruyante la nuit (nous avons du demander un changement de chambre pour notre deuxième nuit).

Hôtel vieillissant.

J'ai l'habitude d'aller dans des Mercures, mais celui ci ne mérite pas ce prix. Hôtel vieillissant. Chambre sans charmes. J'aurais dû choisir un autre hôtel à Bayonne pour ce séjour.

Belle bâtisse mais pas aux standards

C'est une belle bâtisse ancienne, avec un beau hall d'accueil et une belle salle de PdJ (même si pas pris le PdJ). Excellent accueil du personnel, sympathique et pro. Nous avions une grande chambre avec un très grand lit, mais on n'est pas dans les standards hôteliers attendus, que ce soit la salle de bains, les bruits de tuyauterie la nuit, le manque d'isolation sonore et l'impossibilité de faire le noir dans la chambre: en bref, un hôtel bien situé avec un bon. service, mais à rénover profondément.
