Vi befinner oss i ett avlägset läge i Lombok och tror på att erbjuda anställningsmöjligheter till lokalbefolkningen och som sådan har personal i utbildning som fortsätter att arbeta med sina engelska språkkunskaper. We apologize for the slow Wi-Fi, we do advise on all our booking sites and our own website that due to our remote location, Internet services in Senaru are slow and often unavailable. There is only currently 1 provider in our area and we are waiting for the service that Tetabatu is lucky to already have to reach us, hopefully soon! Dear Anonymous, Thank you very much for your review and we are so glad that you found the location of our hotel excellent and the food at the restaurant delicious. We do apologize some aspects of your stay were not to your satisfaction. I have discussed your comments about cleanliness with our house keeping team and laundry service to ensure our high standards are always maintained. We are also sorry the TV reception did not work. Due to our remote location it took a couple of days for this issue to be resolved by the company and unfortunately this time coincided with your 2-night stay. Our hotel is a small family owned and operated business with just 13 rooms and we are built on a hill side which is what gives us our amazing views but also limits the width of the terraces. We have 2 infinity swimming pools and there are sunbeds by both pool areas, we will look into perhaps adding a few more. Dear Anonymous, Thank you for your review, we sincerely apologize that there was an issue with the door and lock for your room on the night of your stay with us and please be assured that we fixed these problems immediately the issue was reported to our staff. We work hard to give our guests a great holiday experience and our hotel has staff on site 24 hours a day and CCTV to ensure our guests safety so we are sorry that this issue made you feel not safe. We have personally checked the CCTV and no-one came into your room. We are also sorry you found the guests in the room above you noisy, we had a larger than normal group staying at the time of your stay, but we are very glad that you still enjoyed the amazing views from our hotel.
