"Was a great 3 night stay. rooms were clean, neat, well appointed and up to date. The only issue was the AC unit blows right on the head of whomever is sleeping in the first bed. Had to set up a few chairs and towels to block to the cold blowing air. Aside from that everything was very nice."

"Our family had an incredible stay at Dr Z's property. The property was exactly as described and the location was incredible (just steps from the beach). We took our family of 5 (three kids age 6 or younger) and had a spectacular week in LBI.In addition to being close to the beach, the Beach Haven location is super close to Fantasy Island, lots of shops, great bagel places (Jack's) coffee shops (Whittingham's) and so much more.Would 10/10 recommend this location, and will be staying here again for our next trip to LBI!"

"The location of the property is tremendous- walking distance to the beach and the Main St where there is shopping, food, entertainment and ice cream. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the beds and floors. There was disrepair of the outdoor shower - broken door, and frequent flooding of the floor. The host was open to hearing the complaints and making the appropriate adjustments."

"We loved our stay! The property was great for our party of 6-10. The location was perfect in that it was close to everything… beach, bay, shopping, bars and restaurants. It was right in the center of town, on the main road, but still felt like you had your privacy on the deck or in the backyard. Communication with our host was super easy. Would definitely rent again."
Cottage in the heart of Beach haven!

"The cottage is cute set back from the road, Parking though is hard to find. I parked in the driveway because there were no spots on the street. The next day I received an email telling me to move my car or be towed. I assumed that is where you parked but as requested moved to a spot I found down the street. The cottage is just as described. The living room was adequate with a tv, a sofa and a loveseat. My only compliant is that there was no cable. It was mostly apps which brought you to old shows and a few network news shows which repeated during the day. You could not get any of the network TV shows as they were being broadcast. There was Netflix though. The air conditioning was good for main area but there is none in the other rooms. The kitchen had most of what as needed. There is a stove and a frig. The coffee maker is a Keurig, so make sure to bring or buy some K cups if you want coffee. It could use an electric teapot to boil water and a toaster oven. There was a toaster as well as plates and utensils to use. The bathroom is tiny. It had a toilet, a sink and a tiny shower. I had to duck to wash my hair and you had to watch that you turned the spout towards the inner wall or the water would squirt on the floor behind you. There was a plastic sheet there but it didn't cover the whole area. Both bedrooms were of a nice size with new beds.. Beach towels and linens for the beds were provided but make sure you bring your own as well. All in all, not bad for the price on LBI"

"Place was perfect for my family. Lots of beds for the kids, and the master was perfect for us. Location was amazing. Parked the car and didn't move it for 10 days. WIll be coming back."
