Unique Lighthouse with Bay of Fundy Views & Hot Tub

Picture yourself relaxing on the third floor of this one-of-a-kind lighthouse, watching the tide roll in and out of the Bay of Fundy. From this elevated vantage point, you’ll enjoy ever-changing coastal views while having a peaceful retreat of your own. Although the cottage is close to local restaurants, the beach, and the Fundy Trail, it feels quiet and private—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.
This lighthouse was thoughtfully designed with guest comfort in mind and features a unique three-storey layout.
The main level includes a small foyer, a fully equipped kitchen, and a convenient half bathroom. The second level offers a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, along with a full bathroom featuring a shower. The top level is the highlight of the cottage, with a cozy living room framed by panoramic windows and access to a rooftop deck overlooking the Bay of Fundy. The views from this level are truly special, and the famous sea caves are just a short walk away.
Please note that this cottage requires the use of stairs throughout and is best suited for guests who are comfortable with a multi-level layout. Access to the lighthouse is via a long gravel driveway that winds uphill, adding to the character of the property.
Originally designed as a romantic retreat for couples, the cottage now accommodates up to five guests due to popular demand. Sleeping arrangements include one king-size bed in the bedroom, two convertible couches on the top floor, and a sleeper sofa on the main level. Please keep in mind that the king-size bed is the only permanent bed in the cottage.
Whether you’re here to relax, explore the coastline, or experience the dramatic tides of the Bay of Fundy, this unique lighthouse offers a memorable and comfortable place to stay.

Wonderful!The Lighthouse is the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. Careful thought was given for everything to make guests stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible. The kitchen was perfect for the meals we cooked and the top floor was wonderful for our morning coffee and evening wine. It was a nice reading and napping space with fantastic views. I loved all the decor and pieces of art in the house. St Martin’s is a nice town by the bay and it was fun exploring the sea caves during low tide. I would definitely book this for your stay and hope to return one day.

Perfect getaway

All three of us loved the Lighthouse Cottage - inside and out. It was the nicest vacation rental we've stayed in. The interior was clean, well-appointed and super comfortable. Great stay!

We loved our time staying at the lighthouse. The rental was very clean, comfortable, and well appointed with everything we needed. The views were amazing and it was a quick walk down the hill to the sea caves. We appreciated the attentiveness to people with allergies (unscented detergent, no air fresheners, and no pets) - it made the place even more comfortable. We found that we preferred driving up the hill to the house from the sea caves side rather than the way our GPS recommended. The cottage is a quick drive to the Fundy Trail Parkway for scenic views and hikes. The hot tub was great after a day of hiking. Would highly recommend this rental!

Gem of St Martins

Truely amazing place. The 360 degree view from the top floor was spectacular. And don't forget to watch the stars at night. The place was spotless and the attention to details was great. Also lots to do in and around St Martins. Both are places are really hidden gems. Thanks Becky

Absolute amazing spot!!! Everything was very clean upon arrival. Great views from the top floor. Sunrises were stunning. Was very sad to leave. Becky is a super host! Communication was superb. We will definitely be back!

Lighthouse Stay St Martin's

The stay was amazing, we went in the winter, mid February. During biggest storm of the winter so far. We had a great time, the bnb was excellent. Everything worked as advertised. We did not use the hot tub, but sure it would have been fun. A bit cold outside for us. Watching the storm from the shore was awesome. Our granddaughter grew up in The Netherlands, so tough winters were new for her. All in all, we highly recommend this bnb property and would stay again anytime.

This Property Deserves Six Stars

My parents said this is the nicest place they have ever stayed. My mother loves lighthouses, so she was super excited to stay in this lighthouse style house. My parents stayed in the bedroom on the second floor and I slept in one of the two pull out couches on the third floor. The pull out couch was comfortable and I was able to watch the sunrise from bed. The outdoor balcony on the third floor was my favorite spot to sit and watch the shoreline and the sea caves. I need to plan a week long working trip here so I can work on my laptop from the balcony, but Florida is a long way away. Everything in this property was brand new and high tech. This is a beautiful property. You should stay here!

Absolutely Stunning

This cottage comes as advertised. The view of the bay and the sea caves are incredible from both the yard and the upper deck! There is great attention to detail (cupboards are labelled, robes /towels for hot tub, clothes rack at the hot tub to hang towels/robes, etc) It even has a backup generator they kicked in one night. We highly recommend this cottage!

The lighthouse is a wonderful place to stay, with everything you could need. The cleanliness is amazing as is the view and the comfort of the place. There are good restaurants and interesting parks nearby. Becky was quick to respond to any inquiries. We thoroughly recommend this terrific property.
