Need more space? The sofa is also a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room area. Both bedrooms feature Flat screen TVs and another TV is in the living room area so access to all your popular smart TV apps and Wi-Fi is easy to find. We also have a washer and dryer in the home for your convenience along with tons of amenities and games.
At all of our properties we feel it is very important to offer our guests all the amenities we can and we want you and your guests to have the best experience. Enter a friendly competition on the ping pong table or play a game of darts on the dart board. Enjoy the outdoor bar area or use the two bicycles to cruise the neighborhood. Relax around the Fire Pit or enjoy the outdoor seating on the ground level or the back porch. Fish from the back yard or enjoy the other amenities like the basketball goal, beach chairs, beach toys, and umbrellas. There are beach towels if you want to relax in the sun on the beach or board games if you want to play games inside. We also supply propane for the propane grill and the fire pit. Guests have access to the entire property including the front and back yard. The only access not available to guests is the small owners closet were we keep supplies.

The afternoon before check-in a random door code will be generated. It will be sent to you along with other check-in instructions around 5pm. We offer an easy self check-in!
Please no smoking in our home. We have worked hard to get this home and would like to keep it as nice as it currently is. You will be satisfied! There is plenty of seating in the front or back yard for smoking.
There are security cameras on the outside entry ways to the house pointed at the doors. There are also a cameras under the home showing the parking area and pointed at the driveway / road. These cameras record 24/7 for security purposes only. There are no cameras inside of the home, only on the exterior
