Alexandra, Ava, and the entire staff were the best! Very friendly and helpful for everything we needed and wanted to do in Passau. The hotel location was perfect and in a quiet part of town. Highly recommend!

Best customer service and support I have ever received at a hotel. The staff is superb!

We were happy to discover the onsite restaurant with the best home style menu and service as could be found anywhere in the world! The owners pay attention to every detail and the breakfast sent us on our way again . . even though we...

The staff was very friendly and attentive. The property was clean as expected. The food and the food service was exceptional. It is definitely the best class hotel in the area.
