"This was our second year staying in same apartment. It was so easy and perfectly located, we did not want to risk another location. The hot water has challenges but once I messaged them, they were over in minutes to help. If you have a rental car, this could not be more perfect as the parking is adjacent to the home. "Stayed for 4 nights on part of a long gal pal trip to France & Italy. This place was simple extraordinary . Starting each day with a breakfast that had every imaginable food options to suit your style. No lunch needed after feasting in style. Happy hour could not have been better, the cocktails were a work of art, as were the complimentary appetizers! Each day we thought we would try some other restaurant in Cortona, but ultimately always chose to eat in the dinning room, and we were never disappointed. The wine, food, service, ...all outstanding. Oh my, the rooms, sheer indulgence, the views, the linens, the daily treats left for our enjoyment, the accessories, space & lighting options in the powder room. The ambiance of this hotel, combined with the staff, made our stay memorable indeed. I hope to be lucky enough to return!"

"An amazing property that is managed with love and care. The location was easy to find using Google Maps and we parked at the door. The view was spectacular, the service was incredible and the evening meal on the terrace was one of the best we have had. A refreshing pool and a 5 star breakfast buffet to set us up for the day. "

"Had a great stay at Hotel Italia. On arrival, flight was delayed and train from Rome delayed but lovely lady on the front desk offered to stay until nearly 9pm so she could check me in which was hugely appreciated after such a busy day travelling! The room is big and airy, very tidy with a comfortable bed. Location is perfect being only a 30 second walk from the main Piazza. Already looking to book our next trip to Cortona and will be staying here again!"
