一番安いStandardのツインの部屋だったため、狭くて快適ではありませんでした。 しかも古いホテルのため、エレベーターがなく、3階までスーツケースを持って上がらなくてはなりませんでした。 エアコンもないですし、設備面を考えると正直に言うと5つ星のホテルとは思えません。 3つ星レベルです。スーペリア以上の部屋だったら、違ったのかもしれません。 スタッフの方は最初にMapを使って案内をしてくれて親切ですし、朝食もとても美味しいので、その2点は素晴らしいのですが。

Very Comfortable Hotel
We spend a comfortable time at this hotel. Persons on reception is very friendly and warmful. Room is kept very clean. We hope to stay this hotel again if we have change to go bath.

This is a great hotel to stay in for a nice break in Bath. The location is perfect. When you leave the hotel door it’s a short walk in either direction to get you into the center of Bath. The staff are really polite and were helpful with suggestions on restaurants and things to do. Our room was superb. At the back of the hotel overlooking what I believe is part of the rugby ground. A huge room. Kept nice and clean. We had breakfast on 1 day and it was really nicely cooked. Next day we went to Sally Lunn’s for breakfast to tick things from the’to-do’ list which I highly recommend. A very enjoyable stay.

Very quiet and clean location with a beautiful yard. Room was well lit, nicely laid out, and a good size. Affordable and very walkable to the main attractions of Bath. Staff were knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. Would happily stay again.

We loved our stay and will absolutely return. We stayed in the Grand Suite and it had a private sitting room overlooking the garden with gorgeous windows, skylights and a view of the Abby. The staff was very hospitable. 5/5 in every way.

No frills but great location
Hotel is nice - just a bit run down in areas. The location is fantastic and we had a warm welcome on arrival. In the room we noticed stains on the chairs and the toilet was full of a huge clump of dark hair- looked like they had cleaned the drains and left it in the toilet? In the run up to our stay we had 2 things which concerned us. 1) my husband tried to add on some Prosecco as a nice surprise and was told it wasn’t possible and we could just get some from the bar on arrival. This is of course fine but just hoped for a little more as the hotel seemed quite lovely when booking. 2) Husband was then told our booking was only for 1 person (it was a double room) and that I needed to contact hotels.com to change. I rang the hotel 3 times and left voicemails stressed about our stay. When I finally got through the lady was lovely and assured me it was fine. Good for a quick stay due to location- also be aware they charge you £10 to park!

Hotel was as advertised. Accommodation was good and breakfast was very good. I was able to park car but was not aware of car parking charge until checking out.

All good, but aged
The receptionist were so helpful and friendly Breakfast were so good and delicious, enough variety. The room are large and comfortable. Amenity all good Only thing is the hotel room and lobby required renovation. Toilet were clean but the bath screen was not adjustable, some minor cracks/ hairlines on the walls here there. The lobby was waiting for painting work.

Great for a short stay
The staff were all very friendly, the room was extremely spacious with good amenities. The bed was comfortable, the room clean, nice views from the room and a large bathroom with tv to watch while you bath. Breakfast was very nice and plenty of food and drinks. The staff were really friendly and helpful from arrival to departure. We would definitely stay there again

It was just not for us. we recommend that when you book this hotel that you are not being put into the zen room. It is not on the internal part of the hotel you have to enter your room via a concrete staircase to a doorway on the outside of the hotel. And if you are going to have a winter holiday be advised that they turnd off our heating and we had no controll of it .that was not a pleasant experience not having controll. There is no room service for food or beverages and eating facilities for lunch or dinner, although they have a great breakfast facility only. Although it is a graet position for walking to restaurants and all attractions. It is definitely not a 5star hotel i belive it to be a 3 star again this is only my experience as i have stayed in the uk for five weeks in many hotels. Thanks

Great Bath centre hotel
Great small hotel within easy level 15mm walk of town centre, some rooms have superb views across the area. Easy to get to by car and convenient parking. Good breakfast and helpful staff.
