Very nice well equipped property ideally situated in the centre of Bath. Excellent location for restaurants, shops & tourist spots. Perfect for us as a family visiting for daughter’s graduation. Only slight negatives were the noise levels late at night from people in the high street and the seagulls!! But envitable with such a central spot. Would definitely return.

This was my first time staying in an apartment, while traveling, and I loved it! This particular apartment was a two bedroom with a galley kitchen and living area. Everything was modern and clean. They provided shampoo and body wash & the towels were fluffy. Because it was in more of a city center area. The noise at night was a little more evident being right in the heart of everything, but wasn’t so bad that you couldn’t sleep (and that was with the windows open). This was an excellent place to stay in Bath! Parking was nearby in a parking deck at the Waitrose. All in all I recommend!

Lynsey (owner) was super helpful when we had trouble unlocking the door during check in. The apartment was nice, clean and cosy - love the books and candle scents they had! Location is also central in Bath city.

Wonky start; but lovely place in city center
The communication was a bit wonky. Didn't get the check-in instructions email. If it was sent outside of hotels.com it may have ended up in junk or spam since the email. We never did track down the email, but were able to reach our host via phone who then texted us instructions. Thus, after a bit of confusion, however, we were put in the right place with the helpful assistance of the cleaning person. The rooms were bright and cheery and rather larger than expected. The area we were in was dynamic and close to everything we wanted to do and see. Note: the beds are firm. If you like that you will love this place. They were a bit too firm for our liking but after a day of travel and then a day of sightseeing we still slept well. Overall, I would definitely consider staying with Superior Stays again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

This was a charming place in the heart of the city. Yes it is loud at nights so if you're bothered by noise this place is not for you. This place also does not have an elevator, so if you have heavy suitcases and have problems carrying them up flights of stairs, again this place is not for you. We found the place, spacious and the location idea. There's plenty of great restaurants nearby and all the highlight places to visit are just minutes away by foot. As for the noise, I just used a ear plug and that did the trick for me.

Penthouse superior stay
Absolutely, beautiful, clean, spectacular place. Views from the penthouse were incredible. We enjoyed oir short stay so much and would definitely recommend. Be aware though of the many stairs to climb to get to the penthouse. Thanks for a great stay! Emma & Mike

Th apartment was lovely, it’s well equipped and was very clean. The location is amazing, centrally located with everything close by. As it is located so near to the high street it can be noisy at night but this is to be expected and did not bother us. I would definitely stay here again in Bath.

The best part about this place is that it's in an excellent location. You will be right in the center of everything. The apartment is large, stylish, and it was easy to check in remotely. However, some things were missing that kept my stay from being great. First, the washer/dryer was very dirty and I didn't notice until it stained one of my favorite blouses. Second, the bathtub took over an hour to drain after a 10-minute shower. Third, the kitchen had most things I needed, but there was no large stock pot (the type you'd make pasta in). This seemed like a major oversight. I reached out to the property via email about the cleanliness of the washer/dryer and received no response. That's just not acceptable. The worst thing about this apartment is the noise. It was so loud here. The bar below the bedroom window, the seagulls, and skateboarders made so much noise. The windows were poorly insulated and did almost nothing to block the noise. I guess that's the price you pay to be in the middle of things, but it' more about the quality of the windows. I've stayed in London and New York, both loud cities, and the noise could be blocked by a good window. I kept getting woken up in the middle of the night. I would have rated the property one star higher if they had responded to me. Two polite emails, and not a single response despite the fact that they emailed me pretending to care about my feedback.

We stayed in Unit 2 and it was absolutely lovely. The kitchen was exceptional and we were impressed by the quality and quantity of the bathroom products(shampoo, conditioner etc.). The drying rack came in handy and the heated towel rack was also very efficient(if extraordinarily hot to touch) The livingroom was well appointed and the TV was "smart", allowing us to link to our devices(and therefore our movies and Netflix accounts). Instructions for the appliances were left, which helped given that we were not familiar with some of them(e.g. the washing machine) The Nespresso machine was a wonderful amenity(and there were pods there for our use) The communications from the host were timely and highly informative. The location could not be better--it was in the heart of Bath, steps away from EVERY major site, restaurants, shopping, train station, etc. My daughters and I LOVED or stay and we cannot recommend it more:)

The apartment was clean and very comfortable. It felt like a home away from home. I would not hesitate in booking the same apartment again. It's centrally located and in great condition. It did not feel like a rental. It felt like you were staying in somebody's home and that they really take care of the place. The furniture was not shabby and worn. The owner sends an email 24 hours before with instructions on how to get into the property, wifi code, etc. The instructions were very clear.

We had a nice stay but it was very hot inside (and outside) with no working fans or aircondition. The area is very central and nice but a little noisy in the evening/night.
