Perfect Spot to Visit Bath
This flat is very bright, comfortable, and well-equipped. It’s also about two blocks from the Cathedral and Roman Baths, perfectly located. Rachel was very pleasant to interact with and everything was as expected.

Wonderful Stay in Bath!
This is one of those rare listings that actually looks better than the photos! Super clean, extremely convenient to all the major sites in Bath. Also, very close to the train station, which you can use for day trips to lovely nearby places like Bradford-on-Avon. Check in was very easy and the flat is very well equipped. We can't say enough good about this property. Thank you for having us as guests!

Just perfect!
We throughly enjoyed our stay. Communication with the host was prompt, helpful and accommodating. The apartment felt welcoming, airy and clean. The location was perfect and the views from all windows were stunning. We hope to return next year!

Happy in Bath
This was one of the best VRBO’s we have stayed at. The apartment was well stocked, it is in a great location, Rachel was very good with communications and there was even some chocolates when we checked in:) Loved it!

Wonderful views in central Bath
This apartment is centrally located in the heart of Bath. The beautiful views looking over the river and parks are some of the best in the city. The apartment is furnished with everything you would need for a short or long stay. It was clean with very comfortable bed and linens. Highly recommend!

We had an incredible and lovely stay in this spacious and delightful two bedroom, two bathroom apt for the week! I would definitely recommend it! It had comfortable beds, furniture and it was exceptionally clean! Also- even better in person and the views of the hillside in Bath were viewed from each room in the lovely flat! Just wonderful! Lovely Apartment. Fantastic views. Facilities in the flat great. Everything immaculate. Great to have a lift too. Loved the location. Close to lovely restaurants. Would definitely book again maybe with hubby next time.

Pleasant stay in central location
The property was clean and nice to stay in. Good views and a central location. Might have been a bit unpleasant to stay in the very hot weather, as the sash windows couldn't be opened very far (for safety reasons no doubt). The decor was a bit dated, but acceptable for the duration. The worst thing was a raised lino floor in the kitchen, which wasn't exactly a trip hazard, but looked unsightly. I would cautiously recommend and stay at the property again.

Wonderful stay in Bath.
We had a wonderful 3 night stay in this apartment. Very close to all major sites in the city. Only drawback was the weather. It was warm and the apartment being on the third floor and having no air conditioning took awhile to cool off

Much better than anticipated.
We were led to believe that Bath was quaint but not idillic - all wrong. This is a fantastic flat. The elevator was a real bonus for getting bags up to the flat. You are a stones throw from everything - a well stocked grocery, fantastic Fishnchips, the Roman baths, Bath Abby, river Avon, downtown shopping - amazing location. Easy drive in and out, if you wish to seeWe loved the views from the kitchen chair. Flat lacked nothing for appliances or instructions on how to deal with garbage.

Ideal Spot for a Stay in Bath
The Georgian House flat was a wonderful place to stay. It was right in the heart of things and an easy walk from the train station and to places like Bath Abbey and great shopping. It was also a very tranquil place, with a beautiful view of the surrounding hills. It was clean and charmingly decorated. Me and my two sisters were sad when our short stay came to an end. I’m sure we will be back and would highly recommend it as an ideal place to stay in Bath.

Excellent location for all Bath’s attractions including: spars, river walks, shops, dining, rugby ground. The property is in good condition and clean will all facilities working. Access is via stairs or lift and it over looks the River Avon giving excellent views.

Great property in the heart of Bath
Really enjoyed our stay here, cannot believe how central it was. The parking permit was a great help as it's a bit of a nightmare finding parking in the center of Bath. We really enjoyed playing Labrynth and Monopoly in the evenings, a really nice touch. Definitely felt like home from home. Would 100% stay here next time we're in Bath, a really lovely flat. Thanks for having us.

Fantastic Apartment in the Centre of Bath
It was the perfect experience from the initial enquiry right through to the end of our stay. Rachel was an amazing host. We contacted her a few times and the communication could not have been any better. To the apartment itself, we have stayed in many great apartments and although they have good reviews about cleanliness, I can honestly say this is the cleanest apartment we have stayed in. We could’t see any dust anywhere, and there were not too many accessories which can collect dust. The apartment had everything we needed, and the further information regarding the cleaning regime added comfort to our stay. Overall excellent stay!

Ideal getaway
The flat was everything we had hoped for, especially quiet and close to everything. The flat is comfortable, nice sized rooms and bath and the linens and towels were very nice. We were 3 quick blocks from the rail station and as we were commuting between Bristol and Bath for theater and at night a quick return was ideal. Only steps away from the cooking school and our favorite restaurant will make this our choice when we return with friends to Bath next time. So glad to not have to search for a place to stay going forward, so looking forward to our next stay.

Absolutely lovely and thoughtfully in every way
This rental is a gem! It's location is perfect for getting around Bath; located a short walk from the train and major sites. The view is also lovely overlooking the river and hillside. The rental is equipped with anything you would need but in a very thoughtful way. It is not jammed with stuff, but all the right things are in the right places. Beds, pillows and linens are luxurious. My family had a terrific stay in Bath and would love to return sometime.

Very nice place to stay. Had all the features we were looking for in Bath. One small complaint was the sofas weren’t very comfortable. Good sized bedrooms and washer and dryer. Windows overlook the river.

Lovely and close to EVERYTHING
Clean modern apartment in beautiful old Georgian house. Ideal location for sightseeing. Loved the parking pass! Quaint inside with everything we needed our only complaint would be that it gets light at 4:30 and there aren’t black out curtains only blinds. But a small complaint for a lovely place. The owner was easy to communicate with as well!

Great Location! Great Accommodation!
The apartment was perfect for our visit over the Easter Day weekend. Very clean and Rachel was a very responsive host. We were right in the heart of historic Bath and literally steps away from great restaurants. In addition to visiting the Roman Baths and the Cathedral, take advantage of the free walking tour of the city hosted by a very engaging volunteer. Parking was not an issue for us since we parked once with the resident pass and didn't need to drive anywhere for the rest of our visit.

Fabulous 4 days in Bath
We've just returned from a very enjoyable few days in Bath. The apartment was exactly as described - bright and spacious for the 4 of us - it certainly compared better than staying in a hotel. The views over the cricket ground, river and the hillside were capitvating. Very comfy beds too. We enjoyed not having to drive anywhere, and made the most of Bath's choice of restaurants. A lovely breakfast at Cafe Retro across on York Street, cider at The Bath Stable, tapas at Pintxo and a few pints in the Crystal Palace. Loved it - we will be back. xxx

Wonderful stay!
We had a perfect 3 days in Edinburgh staying at this property. Very clean and spacious, and the street is charming with a grocery and train station nearby. Would stay there again!

Amazing Gem in the Center of Town
I had no idea what we were doing, going to Bath. I just randomly chose the town. This flat was amazing! There was plenty of space for my husband, teen daughter, and me. The view from all of the rooms was spectacular! I would book the flat just for the view! We were close to anywhere we wanted to go. Walking around Bath is so easy. Rachel went above and beyond, helping me in advance with all of my questions (and there were a lot of them). The basics were covered, very clean, and had everything we needed. Did I mention the view? Unbelievable! If we ever return here,to Bath, there is NO doubt I would book Rachel's flat again.

Great flat in a terrific location!
Our family of 5 loved our stay in this adorable flat, which was so close to the central part of Bath! Unfortunately we only got to stay two nights, but were very pleased and Rachel was a fabulous host! Would highly recommend the free walking tour of Bath, as well as splurging for the Tower Tour of the Abbey. Lots of good food in Bath, but we thoroughly enjoyed eating at Dough (reservations recommended). Thanks!

Great location to walk around Bath!
The Georgian house is an old building that has creaks and squeaks, but it really was smartly decorated and charming. The views out the windows of the bridge and river were awesome. We only had 2 nights in the city, but enjoyed being so close to city center. We came in and left by train and it was an easy walk to and from the station. Took a couple tries but mastered the elevator, yay!

Convenient, quiet and comfortable flat
This flat is just as a described. It is a great location from which to explore Bath. Bath is very walkable anyway, and this flat is walking to distance to all the major sights, but also close to grocery stores and restaurants. It is quiet and roomy and has a lovely view of the canal. There is plenty of space and storage, and the separate kitchen is well equipped. Our last couple of days the weather started to warm up and we were glad to have fans provided for each bedroom. Rachel is a communicative and helpful host. She was readily available by phone and patiently explained to me how to use the European appliances. We would definitely stay here again!
