値段相応かな

安いし、最低限の設備があるので不自由を感じません。Wifiも部屋でちゃんと使えます。プールが工事中なのは残念だったかな。タイプ：スーペリアルーム期間：2015/8/20～23日 3泊4日

利用の難しいホテル

港から近いのですが、歩くのは厳しいと思います。またホテルの周辺には何も無く、何処に行くにもタクシーが必要になります。タクシーは入り口に必ずいましたが、料金交渉が強気で疲れてしまいました。送迎があれば金額的に使用も考えられますが、旅行では勧められません。

Wi-Fi is excellent. Zumba class is great. Massive Gym - 3 Storey. Unfortunately, 2 gyms equip down. No repair done. Breakfast for this hotel is more like 3rd class, not worth it.

Very pleasant staff. Cues for the pool table unusable. Great singer at the 9th-floor bar. Good experience all round

1. The room toilet area is not well cleaned. 2. While I was talking to the front office staff over the phone she disconnected the line halfway. 3. I booked two rooms, but I didn’t get my correct room on the first day, I stayed in a small room. Only on the second day they gave me bigger room. 4. The front office manager Mr. Tony was very helpful.

It’s worth your money, near to Malls conveniently

Wanderful, the room for 3 person is really spacious and my Son get to sleep comfortably. Usually he will have to use the extra roll bed which is uncomfortable.

this was my second time stay this hotel and yet it seem to be so dissapointed with the room that we stay. It seem to be too much problem:- 1) Aircon not cold 2) room too small 3) early morning want to shower no water in all room that my family stay At first I taught is only my room but i call my the other family members room and they complaint the same issue. Total I book 4 room and all the room no water.

Nice hotel

It is close to megamall. About 5 minutes drive. You can use Uber or Grabcar though need to be careful with conventional taxi driver. We booked the triple room. A king size bed and a single bed that can actually fit one adult and one child of 4 years old. It was really nice for us. Our kids loved the pool. It was relatively quite for us. The breakfast needs to be improved: Fruits were not fresh, need more variety such as yogurt or self make pancake machine or waffle. No maple syrup for the pancake. But overall were pleasing to us.

The choices of food for breakfast is very limited. Proper display of food is not so good as i can see flies flying around on the food. Service wise is alright.

Very disappointed Air condition not cold. Request 2 door card only can provide one. Breakfast dinning full of house fly. How to eat ? Wifi always cut off. At the TOP floor wine bar cashier do not have small note to change and had to wait. Finally theat it as tip to waiter Not recommended

There were cockroaches in my room! Not one but at least 5! I killed 2. I feedback to the reception and they just say sorry, smile and continue with their business.
