「This is a new and beautiful hotel. Located in a Russian community. For Israel, most hotels are dirty and cheaply put together. But this is the exception.W stayed in a “Classic” room. The room size was large, modern and clean. The staff was amazing. So accommodating. Parking: if you’re driving you MUST call and reserve your space. The hotel is on a corner. There is NOT a place to pull up to the hotel and unload your luggage. The parking garage is secure but they available parking spots are few....

「The hotel is very low level, everything in the room is the cheapest, the rooms are small, the whole hotel is on the first floor, you have to pay more for a sea view On the one hand it's good, the view of the sea is beautiful, but no one said that there is a parking lot in front of the windows The noise continued all night, even with the window closed.There is not a single hanger in the room... All the towels are very old, washed hundreds of times...There is no kettle or coffee machine... To boil...

「My luggage was removed from my room during the first day. Reported to the hotel magnetment but the didn't believe me. reported the case to the police. Second day after returning from the police station, I found all my luggage hidden in the cleaning staffs room.」
