First, we had to argue for parking because they wanted to charge us instead of honoring the fact that it says free parking but that wasn’t the end of it. When we got to the place the whole hotel REEKED of cigarettes and our room was no better in fact it smelled of mildew and sewage. The bedding was also dirty as there was a red stain on our pillow. "My luggage was removed from my room during the first day. Reported to the hotel magnetment but the didn't believe me. reported the case to the police. Second day after returning from the police station, I found all my luggage hidden in the cleaning staffs room."
