Luxe, comfortabele kamers. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Direct aan de gezellige boulevard. Ontbijt is prima, alleen de automatenkoffie kan beter.

All was great and super clean except shower cleaness. there was some mold in shower. otherwise clean and staff was very nice and helpfull. Overall great stay and recomended

Waren zum ersten Mal in Kroatien. Sind mit Mietwagen von Split nach Baška Voda angereist. Es gibt keine direkten Parkplätze am Hotel, konnten in einer kleinen Sackgasse hinter dem Hotel für 10,00 Euro pro Tag parken. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet, gutes Bett ( king size ), großes Bad, Klimaanlage zum selbst regeln. Da es nicht mehr so hieß war und wir gerne bei offenem Fenster schlafen, haben wir sie ausgemacht. Da unser Zimmer nach vorne raus lag, hat mich jeden Morgen die Müllabfuhr geweckt ( 5,30 Uhr) meinen Mann konnte das nicht wecken ;-) es gibt wohl ruhigere Zimmer nach hinten raus, auch teilweise mit Veranda. Das Frühstück (bis 10.30 Uhr )war gut, Eierspeisen konnten extra bestellt weden. Nebenan ist das Restaurant " King " , gehobenere Küche mit regionalen Produkten, der "Patron" des Hauses ist sehr herzlich, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Reservierung ist von Vorteil! Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden, das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit , die Lage des Hotels ist super um Ausflüge entlang der Makarska Riviera zu machen, zu einem der 10 schönsten Stränden der Welt ( Punta Rata ) kann man einen tollen Spaziergang entlang der Küste in Richtung Brela machen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Mein Zimmer war sehr schön mit der kleinen Terrasse oder Patio. Der Service war auch sehr gut. Alle waren sehr gastfreundlich. Vor allem Anica, die beim Frühstück die Gäste bedient hat, war sehr zuvorkommend. An der Rezeption waren auch alle sehr nett und mitteilsam, falls man fragen hatte. Vor allem Linda und Duje. Das Hotel kann ich nur weiterempfehlen 😊

Very nice location

Fint hotel i et dejligt område, meget central beliggenhed, helt perfekt. Morgenmaden var middelmådig. Service på hotellet var meget svingende i kvalitet. Det tog alt for lang tid at tjekke ud da vi skulle afregne hver enkelt post seperat, og måtte gå ud og hæve kontanter for at betale parkering, selvom vi havde fået at vide inden at det kunne betales med kort.

We just wanted to let you know that we are sorry about check out situation, and offer some explanation: We were not informed about your 5 am leaving, if we were, we would have suggested you settle your bill with one of our more experiences staff members more quickly day before. Our colleague in night shift usually does not settle bills often and she was also not informed to prepare the bill in advance. Regarding parking, since it is public and owned by town Baska Voda, only cash is possible, we had to give cash to boys who work for town Baska Voda where you chose to stay with your car. Again, we are sorry that you were not 100% satisfied and we are sure in case you return, we will do our best to make your experience 100% satisfied. Thank you again for staying with us. Great Stay. Do request front view room. We recommend Linda, Anna, and "D" for GREAT SUPPORT. Issues in the room dealt with swiftly (lamp broken/fridge inoperative) Use their off-road parking £6/day.

Hotel centrally situated in Baska Voda

The hotel was great and staff are so helpful and intent on providing everything possible to make your stay the best experience. We would not advise visiting during August however as Baska Voda is a small town and is at saturation point.

Wonderful smiling staff and nice hotel

Lovely, small hotel with a very helpful and service-minded staff who all do their best to make you feel at home, always greeting us coming and going. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Located just across the harbor, we enjoyed the small terrace where we had our breakfast each morning. Would definitely recommend going here.

Quiet hotel in a nicely renovated old building near the harbor, with large rooms and friendly staff. Beaches with crystal-clear water and good restaurants just around the corner. It was a wonderful experience for us!

Return visitor

This was my third stay at Hotel Croatia and it is still as good as the first time. Staff are really friendly and most helpful with anything you ask. Location on the beachfront is perfect as you don't have to struggle back up the hill after a day at the beach or after a few Vino's with dinner ! Highly recommend this property.

The people reception say they are there to help but do not work to resolve your requests. Also i booked an ocean view and the room had a mini window that a bare view of the sea

Dear Sir, this is simply not true what you are writing. In all our other comments/reviews, guests are more then pleased with service we provide specially the staff. You booked single use of 2 double rooms sea side (there is no ocean view advertised nor did you book ocean view) and came with 5 extra members of your family. You were nicely explained that you made a mistake and that you'll need to pay extra for double use of sea side room, and also, expedia (whom we and you have contacted by telephone) explained the same thing and you apologized to our receptionist for making problems where it was entirely your mistake made for wrong reservation and number of people. So, we thank you for your review, but claiming that our reception will not help or that you booked something you did not, is not correct so we needed also to write this response since we do try to help everybody and many reviews are supporting our claims. Have a nice rest of summer and thank you for visiting Croatia.

Hotellet ligger jättebra precis vid strandpromenaden och mitt emellan de 2 stränderna som ligger i Baska Voda. Frukosten var riktigt bra då man fick möjligt att beställa en varmrätt som stekt ägg, omelett eller stekt korv som komplement till det som redan erbjöds i buffén. Personalen var mycket trevlig och serviceinriktade. Vi fick tips på vidare resmål och tips på en mysig plats i Baska Voda som vi absolut inte hade hittat utan hotellpersonalens hjälp. Tusen tack säger vi!

Highly recommended.

We had a lovely ten night stay in Hotel Croatia. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the hotel spotlessly clean and well appointed. Room was comfortable, breakfast was all very fresh and of good quality.

Underbar vistelse

Vilket underbart hotell. Jag och en väninna bodde på hotellet i fyra nätter och vi blev underbart bemötta av den fantastiska personalen. Läget var super, nära till restaurang och stand. Jag kommer absolut att bo här igen. Längtar efter att komma tillbaks i höst. Bästa stället!

Lovely Hotel

Enjoyed our stay, location excellent, central to all restaurants and the beach. Staff were very helpful and so friendly, nothing too much trouble. Hoping to return again soon

Veldig hyggelig hotellpersonale

Veldig hyggelig hotellpersonale som gjør sitt ypperste for at gjestene skal ha det så bra som mulig. Et sted jeg absolutt vil anbefale for andre.
