Hotel bien ubicado, habitaciones muy limpias, baño bonito y camas cómodas. Ponen agua embotellada y café en la habitación diariamente. Hospedaje incluye tarjeta de transporte. A mejorar: habitaciones no insonorizadas.

Great breakfast
Make sure you include breakfast in your reservation. It’s the best deal in Basel. Great location near many transit lines but walked from SSB in 35 minutes before got Basel pass. Comfortable room with opening windows. Cons were shower door opens into bathroom so can’t step onto mat and keep floor dry. Also, on Saturday night, loud music came from outside until 2 am.

Prima hotel, gunstig gelegen met openbaar vervoer direct voor de deur met verbindingen naar de stad en het treinstation. Nette kamers, alles aanwezig. Zeer aan te bevelen!

Decent stay
Comfortable hotel with all you would need in a decent location - 20 minutes walk to the centre. Comes with Basel card allowing free transport round the city.

Great value for the money and the location was very convenient. The young gentleman at the reception was incredible with his service and tips. Basic but clean hotel and our room was very spacious. Bathrooms could use some updating, but all in all, we were very satisfied with our stay and would come again.

Excellent, despite short stay
Excellent hotel. Staff are very friendly. The Basel Card which gives free tram travel and reduced prices in Basel's museums/theatre was appreciated. Only short tram ride into main centre of Basel. Close to exhibition/conference centre. The hotel is located approximately 15 mins walk from the old town. However, it is conveniently located close to tram stops for the town centre. If you download the SBB app then it is easy to plan journey via tram/bus (including trip to the airport). If you travel from Europe/UK be aware that Switzerland requires different travel adaptors.

The hotel is conveniently located near Messenplatz tram station and the convention center. The rooms smaller that typical US hotels but are clean has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Staff was very helpful and cheerful.

Very clean, safe and quiet hotel. Has everything you need. Fresh espresso pods everyday to go woth thr espresso maker. Fresh bottles of still spring water. A fridge and TV. In a good location. Less than 30 mins walk from Basel SBB and less than 10 to the city centre. Staff were also very friendly and helpful. The room was cosy and comfortable and had everythinf you need as a solo traveller.

Hyggelige og serviceinnstilte folk som jobbet på hotellet. Et pluss at vi fikk gratis offentlig transport i Bremen, da slapp vi å kjøre selv. Perfekt beliggenhet hvis du ønsker å bo litt rolig, men samtidig sentralt.

Perfect location if you have a conference to attend in Basel, but it is also very easy to get to the airport, or either train station from here. I had a large room with en-suite on the 5th floor at the back of the hotel which was quieter than the front, although I could still here some tram noise and also noise from the room on the 6th floor which is in the roof and thus is half above the rooms on floor 5. Breakfast was very basic and the orange juice from the machine was so watered down it was essentially yellow water. I have still given the hotel a top rating overall, but it is not without its faults.
