Positive, they were responsive to needs and check in out were fine.
As for so so moments, you really don't feel welcomed to a near 1K a night property. No arrival gift, no coffee to go with the Nespresso maker, no bottled water. No welcome wine. The wifi went out and the directions asked for us to restart the modem, which is not accessible. So we did not have wifi for 1/3 of our stay, but...after I got enough complaints, I had to restart the modem by turning off the power @ the home. Oh, Why do you have a Sonos system and it does not work?? You should work on your wiring, it looks like an unqualified person did it. Lastly, thank you, for shoveling the snow, but at 4am...when someone shows up outside of your home with no notice...not good.
For the negative, A few bugs, the dishes, were not clean, the knives were clearly dirty. I don't think that much attention is paid to the dishes that are put back.
Lastly, Don't ask me to throw other people's trash, that is your job.
Outside of that, I would rent here again, I enjoyed the board games that were left in the kitchen.
