Find Luxury Hotels in Basalt, CO

"This hotel is not in great shape. I reserved three rooms but they were not together as we thought they would be. The beds were very uncomfortable. The game room had several broken machines and many could not be used. The hotel does not providefree parking. The staff in the evening were not very accomodating or welcoming upon arrival. They close the game room at 10 and push everyone out regardless of activities you are engaged in. Overall the experience was not the family experience we had worked hard to create. "

"We stayed while they were doing some freshening of some of the paint on the building we were staying in, there was some masking tape atill around the outside of the door, no big deal, nice to see they're keeping it looking nice. The room and bed were clean. We requested a late check out and i thought the rate for a 3pm check out was very reasonable. Audrey at the front desk was so nice."

"Toilet wouldn't flush. Called maintenance up twice. They said it was fixed but still wouldn't flush. Next morning (stayed 2 nights) we asked for a different room with a working toilet. They gave us keys to another room but when we went to move our things it was being painted. Took all day to get a different room with a working toilet and that didn't have fresh paint and the smell that goes with it."

"Older motel/ hotel with Clean room, comfortable bed and hot water. It looks like they make an effort to keep it clean and extra nice stuff. The breakfast is only ok. I appreciate the real use of plates and mugs. "
