「Property claims to be an all inclusive Hotel. This is to say the least a misrepresentation. The food offered is below the quality of a soup kitchen food. Way below. They know it. In fact in the same establishment and attached to their buffet room is a paid menu restaurant, to which you after looking at the type of food offered for free, you levitate to and pay full price for listed dishes.Which by the way are barely better than the buffet. Talking about free drinks: sodas yes, 4 listed...

「This property is next to the Colon 2000 mall and the cruise port. They provide baggage check and shuttle service to the port (which was not well publicized). Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.」

「Very limited - only had 1 bath towel and no hand towel or wash cloth? Not real clean and a few bugs. Staff did not speak English so that was a challenge. Location did make it easy to walk to stuff. Ok for price」

「I left in the middle of the night. No bathrooms. Too noisy Too many people knocking on random doors」
