I think this hotel's coffee, tea, cap, glass, shampoo, conditioner, soap, face towel, hand towel, bath towel, toothbrush, toothpaste, dryer etcetera are good.

Dear Guest, I appreciate that you wrote a review regarding this. We often have daily cleaning schedules for our pool in order to ensure safety to our guests health. So, I do apologize that you missed out on the experience of our roof top pool. I do hope you visit again and catch the experience.

Your comments about having a car for this hotel stay is true, we are a few minutes drive away from local attractions however as a plus we're implementing free daily shuttle services this year for our guest in order to off-set our location. Thank you for your review. I understand that the taxi services on Guam are expensive. We do provide our shuttle services to any location for a minimal fee. I do apologize that your room did not meet your expectations. It is unfortunate you did not truly enjoy your stay with us at Sure Stay.
