Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Enjoy all the convienne this location offers, from bars and restaurants to lakeside beaches all within minutes drive. Horseshoe Valley 20 min away. Lots of attractions to keep yourself entertained with 5 minutes drive or less. Come enjoy this beautiful newly renovated space. Brand new appliances and board games with PlayStation at the house. Entry to the property is through the common area where 3 other people live you can go downstairs and lock the basement door for full privacy. Parking is shared driveway and you may have to move your vehicle if someone needs to come in or out.

Beware posting states shared driveway
I even confirmed with owner the parking situation as we have a large vehicle, after cancellation policy ended… received check in instructions that state street parking during day and overnight parking at Shoppers Drug Mart. We ended up not staying.

Ad said on site parking, when we arrived we were told.we had to park at the shoppers drug Mart a few minute walk away. Upon arrival code provided did not work, no response on the app, VRBO gave us the owners cell to contact. Sorted that out for the right code. Upstairs seems to be a standard rental. Tenents are noisy late at night and early morning which is fine but you can hear everything, coughing hacking puking. Makes for a less than enjoyable stay. Would find a place elsewhere.

Aucun stationnement avec le logement. A notre arrivée, le ménage des précédents locataires n’avait pas été fait Locataire du Rez de chaussé bruyants tôt le matin et consommateur de marihuana. L’odeur s’infiltre jusqu’au logement du sous sol Communication avec le proprio assez facile

Very comfortable and clean
We stayed here for 2 days while visiting family in Barrie, the apartment was clean and comfortable and exceeded our expectations, the host was very responsive with any questions that we had. Would definitely consider this the next time we visit Barrie.

3 week stay
The cleaning lady didn’t show up before my check in, I actually showed up just after 4 (the check in time) and she showed up after me. She then all but kicked us out so we had to go find something to do in an unfamiliar city after an already stressful day of driving for 2 hours. There are multiple rules for garbage and laundry yet non are explained until you have to inquire. It’s advertised 1 parking space yet whenever we did have a vehicle (which was not often) parking seemed to be an issue. It’s also advertised when booking that your party is the only one there, however there are actually multiple tenants occupying upstairs on multiple evening there were times were there was loud music, stomping, swearing, and loud banging. As well as it’s not advertised it’s in the basement or how to locate the basement which left me having to ask whoever I could find for assistance. All in all it was an experience leaving me wanting to go home early and given the chance I would have.
