We stayed one night since we had to fly out of Barranquilla from Cartagena. The room was pretty basic and the AC was just perfect compared to any other hotel we previously had in Cartagena. Hot water pressure was also perfect. Bed was also comfortable and the full breakfast was a plus!

Hotel is ok for proce but, dont like that when you enter on the room the AC takes about 4 minutes to start,carpets on the halls were ditry,NO POOL ,only 2 old yacussies! Beside that yes the service and staff is really good and they do the best for you!! Beds were good,breakfast ok!

I stayed with my girlfriend for a couple of days. The hotel is very nice and well located. The rooms are comfortable, and the building is very well maintained. My only observation would be in regard to the food options. There is only 1 restaurant with a limited Perú menu for lunch and dinner, that’s it. Why would they choose Peruvian food for a hotel in Colombia instead of local food? The only other option is the snack bar which is good but again, it’ll the food options feel very limited. Other than this I was very happy with this hotel.

The staff are very nice. Three times, online and in person, I requested two beds, but they gave us a room with one bed. Only one restaurant, and it’s not cheap. Very few of the staff speak English. Nobody has change for bills as small as 50mil. The coffee bar is very nice. There’s a vitamin IV injection room in the hotel.

We got to the property at 1 pm the lady in the front desk did a pre-registration for 20 min and after it she said that check in is at 3 and she had available rooms but if we wanted not to wait 2 hours we had to pay half of the room nightly rate to enter then, then the jacuzzi and sauna area was very dirty, and no one to turn it on, so we left, basically it was not a good experience
