"The loft room was beautiful and myself and my kids could sit in the balcony area, the staff were really friendly but it had its flaws like anything does. Trying to walk to tea tree plaza required we walk past where i assume is smoko (loading dock). And it was gross. But the drive way area is not safe to walk kids through which is where the main entry face. I tried to catch a taxi just to go a short distance, 4 times and we gave up and walked. We had no idea how to log into netflix on the tv...
